Hello All,
On 27 June 2005 I made my first deposit of $500 into Vegas Lucky Casino (RTG software) and also claimed a deposit bonus. While playing blackjack there a very strange occurrence took place. I bet $50 on a hand, split the hand, and then doubled down on one of the hands and the dealer proceeds to bust. The strange part is that my account balance was not credited for the win. I considered taking a screenshot, but I figured all this would prove is that I played the hand discussed above. To prove I had not been credited I would have also needed a screenshot of the hand previous to that one showing the pre-win balance.
Not sure what to do I immediately contacted online support. I explained my problem and was assured that everything was inline. I began to think maybe I imagined the whole thing, so I continued playing. Long story short I ended up busting my deposit and bonus, oh well. Over the next couple of days I ran across a post on another casino forum describing the exact same problem I had had, not getting paid on hands that were split then doubled at Vegas Lucky. Upon seeing this, I emailed Vegas Lucky requesting a log of my blackjack hand history. After a couple of requests they finally send me the hand history in an excel format, but suspiciously there is no column that shows account balance making it totally useless for what I was trying to determine. I contacted Vegas Lucky again about this, but my emails have gone unanswered. My final message to them was to either respond to my inquiries, pay me for the hands in question, or refund my deposit. Since they wont even respond to me I figured I would share my story with you. I realize my story sounds a little far fetched, and the fact I have absolutely no proof probably makes it sound even worse. If nothing else maybe I can save another unsuspecting player from playing here.
On a side note it appears that Vegas Lucky is not the only RTG casino having this exact same problem. From doing some reading on other message boards Cirrus and Casino Extreme are the ones I have found so it must be something to do with RTG software.
Cheers
Andy
