 as hell

The following letter was just sent to Vegas Frontier. It pretty much sums up everything and the dirty deal they are handing me. Has anyone else had a problem with this cheating casino? This has been going on since 3 July. Are they even for real?

To: Support@Vegasfrontier.com

How many times do I have to submit a withdrawal request to get my money? How many times do I have to send an email and you just ignore it? There has been so many I have lost track. You owe me an explanation.

You sent me a lousy $20 saying "play on us, no deposit necessary". So I did. I played that $20 over and over and over again. I played on it for over 2 hours. An guess what? I got lucky and I WON. When I cashed out the balance showed $257.+. I cashed out the $250 which is legitimately MY MONEY. I played out the $7.+ and ran it up and down several times until the balance was $0.00. I also notices tonight that my account history is showing that I redeemed a $30 vanity something. This is bogus. The only thing I redeemed in July was the $20.

I have re-submitted another withdrawal request for $230.00. This gives you the lousy $20 bucks you gave me in the first place. Now send me my winnings.

I am not a 'high roller', but a regular bingo player and slots player. I have never deposited more than $50 on any gambling site. But when I won on other sites, I was paid what I won. I am also 69 years old and use my computer as a source of entertainment. I am not trying to cheat you, so how dare you cheat me. Not only did I win this money, but I need this money.

Thank you

No reply tencard. And really don't expect one. These internet gambling joints are a joke. Will keep my money on the ground. At least when you win you get the money in hand.

Sailorgirl,

I suggest you stick to Bingo.

I have had some cashouts at this site, but I had made deposits prior to cashing out. I guess this casino is getting some bad PR.

I was unable to see the T&C on this site involving "no deposit" bonus but normal T&C limit the cashout amount when playing with a bonus.

When you play with these "no deposit" bonus consider yourself lucky if you get paid from casinos that are not on the reputable list. If you had risked some of your own money you might get more sympathy. Nothing risked nothing gained.

If a land based casino gave me a $20 voucher and I hit a Progressive Jackpot, I gaurren damn T you I would get paid. I don't understand why anyone would invest their money on these sites with the mega restrictions. I have read too many horror stories on here to ever give them any of my meager funds. If they paid me what they owe, maybe I would have considered making a deposit.

If I am not entited to my winnings, then why does the cashier page show "withdrawable"? Something in the program had to trigger that the amount was legitimate and could be withdrawed.

As to the bad PR, they are doing that to themselves by not answering my inquiries on the problem. It's only common courtesy and the decent thing to do. Being a little fish in a big pond does not mean I don't deserve an answer. Texans don't like to be ignored.

From their "Terms of Use" page: 3. Bonuses will be credited to the Player's Real Account as Casino Credits only, unless otherwise stated.

I would take that to mean that the bonus or winnings generated therefrom cannot be withdrawn.

All of the RTG casinos I have played show the existing balance as "withdrawable," despite that the required playthrough has not been met. That is just the way the software is written.

Finally, I cannot imagine ANY casino giving out free money and allowing players who wager the free money to win and withdraw! The casinos would go broke fast! The point of the free money is to allow players to try out the casino before they wager their own money. Of course, you could always play the games for "fun money," although many people believe the RNGs are different than playing for "real money."

If it were me, I would stick to Bingo. Have fun whatever you do.

I think you are mistaken. Casinos will no go broke giving out free chips and having people win on them. Most people will bust on the free chips. some will win.

A reliable casino pays out ppeople who won on free chips. I recieved a coupon for a 100% match on one BJ bet up too $50 at a local casino here. Bam BJ! They gave me $250 bucks and I left.

Royal Vegas gave me $30 a while back. I cashed out $900.

Starluck gave me $5 I cashed out $150.

So if this lady fulfilled the wagering requirments she should be able to cash out. They might have a withdraw limit of 2x the amount of the free chip or something too.

We do not know becuase the casino has terrible support and will not awnser her emails.

Vegas Frontier still owes me a well 4-figure sum back from when they still worked together with the people from "Player Security".
There is still an existing thread about this, which I am not going to bump yet however. Mr. Curran will be contacted about this shortly for the first time and I hope and pray that he will do the right thing this time!

Lets see.

I received an email from a casino I've never heard of before, identical to all the others and from the same person: name: Mighty Slots.

The W***** C**** casino empire is growing fast, so here's the definitive list of casinos to STEER WELL CLEAR OF:

Crystal Palace
High Rollers Lounge
Vegas Riches
Americas Online
American Grand
Golden Nile
Lucky Coin
Lucky Pyramid
Royal Circus
Vegas Frontier
Bet Max
Mighty Slots

Remember the drill: if you're locked out of ONE of these casinos, you are NOT ENTITLED to promotions at ANY of the others - personalized email invitations notwithstanding. Just this morning I received fully FIVE of the damn things.
