Texas will be one of the very last no doubt

I'm skeptical that Texas will legalize it anytime in the near future. This is after all, the state that has battled one Indian Tribe in west Texas extensively over their tiny casino--the only one in the entire state. I do not know the current legal status.

Of course it will all come down to money. When the budget falls short and the state regulators are desperate then and only then will we have legal online gaming in this state.

I guess the main thing to look forward to having it legalized in the US.

Would be the no longer need to have the excuse that the processor got shut down, or blocked from transferring funds into or out of the US. That the processor would be legal to have a presence here in the US. Therefore they shouldn't have any reason to raid the processor and seize funds.

That would be only major benefit I come see coming from the US legalizing online gaming.
