US PLAYERS: It's all over - for now

My fellow Americans...

PLEASE do yourselves a favor and STOP thinking that you will get paid for winnings you've accrued over the past few months at ANY online casino!

It's quite obvious the whole bloody lot of them (to quote my British friends) are taking advantage of the US online gaming laws, and WILL BE SCREWING ALL OF US ROYALLY!!! In other words: your winnings have been permanently absconded and you're out of luck...

Yes its a bitter pill to swallow, but hopefully a new era will be upon us in the near future, where REPUTABLE and LICENSED (and I don't mean through jokes like ECogra and Con-a-wacky) internet casinos can be enjoyed by all.

Look, I too am out big bucks courtesy of the crooks collectively known as RTG and the Crystal Palace Gaming Group,,,but it's time to face the facts and move on.

No amount of carping or PAB's is going to change the current environment we find ourselves in...

Bryan has done all that he can (in my estimation) and now we're in that "in between time" where no good deed will go unpunished.

One only has to look at the HUGE drop off of participants in forums like these to see that this ship has sunk - and folks are jumping off the deck in record numbers.

The "wild west"/no holds barred generation of online gambling is thankfully coming to an end.

And until the new world order comes to fruition, stop wasting your time thinking any of the scammers who still exist in this shrinking universe are going to "do the right thing".....If you need to donate your money to someone, then I'll be happy to give you my address where at least you know it will go to good use - and you won't experience any serious letdowns!

Goodbye RTG...Goodbye Microgaming....Goodbye Online Casino "apologists"

ITS ALL OVER!!!!!!:D :D :D

????

actually we all just got our money from riverbelle yesterday  And i play ultimatebet.com and get checks sent almost weekly with no bumps. Sounds like u picked the wrong casino:oops:

River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

Well Johnny,

We may have a problem. Per River Belle withdrawal options there are only two available to US players. One is Click2pay and you MUST have an account no new US accounts are accepted. Per Online Casino Conditions they state EcoCard does NOT fund to US banks. I have emails into Tex, Online Casino Conditions and EcoCard before I withdraw my monies out of River Belle. I am not sure those of us that don't have Click2pay accounts are out of the woods yet!

What does Ultimate bet have to do with it? simple. Here is what i did last time i had money in click2pay. I had 14,000 in my click2pay account, and there was no withdraw option on the site anymore for USA customers. So i simply went to my ultimatebet site, went to the cashier, and started making purchases wwith my click2pay account to load up my ultimatebet account. Once it was loaded up, i played a little high stakes holdem, won some more, then simply hit withdraw on ultimatebet. They sent me a check 17 days later for 19k

I am from the US and just received a cashout from Villento a few minutes ago. The cashout took about 48 hours, roughly the same amount of time cashouts took prior to the US player issues.

You can't group all casinos in the same category as Crystal Palace.

You are RIGHT ON POINT! Very few people on this forum and in the world, understands what is about to take place. They don't understand why the long arm of our government is reaching their shores. You my friend is well educated. Those who are too busy worring about their so-called life style. Will soon awaken to a NEW ORDER!

Grammar and spelling errors aside......

The points/facts about the current state of affairs involving online gambling cannot be logically refuted.

If you don't think this is the end of the world as YOU know it (and presumably like it...'cause of the great "bonus" deals and other nonsense) you're sadly mistaken...

Prominent online casino owners are getting arrested on a semi regular basis, major sites are shutting down, Playtech, Boss Media et al are restricting US players, player volume has dropped by some estimates, over 1500%, and you guys think everything is hunky dorey?

Wow....I guess being addicted to online gambling is akin to being addicted to crack cocaine.........it really does impare your judgment!

For players who are well informed, do their homework, gamble only with disposable monies, take exception to being railroaded by DoJ storm troopers, hypocritical politicians and their sneaky UIGEA, and are stubborn, continuing to play online (even in the current climate) may have nothing to do with being 'addicted'.

I think dc9999 is as aggravated as I am that you gamble thousands of dollars at a casino then you final win and they don't pay. Yes Crystal palace group and yes I wasn't educated on the accedited lists or this site. But i'm sure lots of people only come here when they have a problem, they search the internet for help, then we stumble upon this site which I wish I found a couple of years ago. It still doesn't help the pain of feeling ripped off. I feel like we have no hope of ever getting paid because of all this stuff going on in the US. What is the incentive for the casino to pay us our money we are owed? We're not going to be gambling at there casinos anymore we can't. And yes i'm glad they are putting a stop to gambling online with other countries because we have no rights when there is a dispute. I know alot of people get paid from casinos as I have in the past but when you don't it's a whole different outlook on the industry. It's hard to trust 100% that you will get paid if you win.

Enough allready!!!

OK, I for one, am getting really tired of the endless posts that say something along the lines of...."Don't you know how stupid you are for continuing to deposit monies into these casinos that are NEVER GOING TO PAY YOU..." or implying that US players have "no common sense" and other "doomsday" posts...("the world as we know it is over??? Jeeeeeezzzz....)

As I said in my post yesterday, ("My 2cents") please don't sit in some other country in which you are still experiencing hassle free withdrawals and judge US players for being "stupid enough" to continue depositing...I won't repeat my post here, but ENOUGH ALLREADY with the negative judgements!!!

And for the record, maybe I've missed it, but I still haven't seen any posts in which a major, REPUTABLE casino has flat out not made good on a withdrawal. Delays? YES. Hassles? YES. Confusion? YOU BET. But even with the "we have returned your withdrawal to your casino account and will process it through another channel.." responses, it seems that at some point, these withdrawals ARE getting paid. I have still had GREAT experiences with wire transfers through INetBet (less than 72 hours into my bank account) and Grand Prive...I have a $7K ACH withdrawal pending at Jackpot Factory, and while I fully expect it may be 45-60 days until I actually see the money, I have no doubt that they will make good on it. If you go into these things expecting long delays, you won't be considering bridge jumping when it happens.

But seriously - we Americans are NOT stupid, we have NOT lost our common sense and we (at least in my case) are NOT so "hopelessley addicted that we are now just making contributions." We are simply trying to extend a little good faith to companies we have established mutually beneficial relationships with over the years and using this forum to vent our frustrations as the system works out the kinks.

I am an American and i think u are not only stupid to continue making deposits, but an Addict that should think about attending gablers anonymous meetings. My wife is a psychologist and the 1st thing addicts do is they are in denial. I will never deposit in an online casino again because of this and i recommend doing the same. You are going to have a stroke over this! Life is suppose to be fun and relaxing, not miserable and stressful:thumbsup:

You should book an appt with your wife....

Jeeez - what a flaming email! Why in the world would you accuse me of stupidity when I simply pointed out that I for one, have not HAD problems with withdrawals??? If you will take the time to READ my email, you will see that I pointed out several POSITIVE experiences with several different casinos. Or do you just like to stir things up???

As for suggesting I "attend some Gambler's Annon. meetings..." - YOU are the one that appears to be stressed and "having a stroke" over this! I simply pointed out that the endless negative posts about US players being "stupid" for continuing to deposit money are either playing from a country in which they have no issues as this to deal with, and therefore should refrain from making judgements until they do, OR are not playing with the right casinos.

Your wife is a psychologist? Perhaps you need to book an appointment.

I can send u her website info if u like, shes very good at helping people who have gambling problems:thumbsup:

Once again, i have plenty of free time in that i play poker 10 hours a day so i need something to do inbetween hands i guess.

So... after all those revealing looks into the life and mind of JV, we get:

Johnboy, if your wife is a psychologist, she must be so busy with you that she has no time for other clients. I cannot imagine a clinical psychologist who would marry and maintain a relationship with someone who spends 10 hrs per day playing poker online.

That you have the gall to call another member back here an 'addict' or suggest they are in 'denial' is ludicrous. The first thing your wife would tell you, from a psychological viewpoint, is those who have an addiction tend to FOCUS NEGATIVITY ON OTHERS as to thwart any focus on the person who has the actual addiction: YOU.

You are the psychological mess back here. When YOU were still owed money, you jumped up and down, screamed, threatened, generally threw a tantrum like a 12 yr old. Then, AFTER you get a payment, you tell people to grow up, talk down to them, tell them to quit whining, and call them addicts.

According to your mentality, if you have funds already established at a casino and play online, you are not an addict (that's your current situation). If you deposit and then play online, you are an addict (anybody not in your current situation).

Did I miss anything?
