I would like to deposit in casino to play. I like to play and enjoy myself. But two days ago I won in two rival casino (tropica casino and slot cash) and have not violated any rules have blocked my account. Be a grave injustice. Will not be playing in any rival because they have to pay my money. This is to be thieves. I will write to rival gaming but I have no mail. I'm an Italian lawyer and recover my money. But before the world will know that casinos rival can steal money and close accounts without explanation. I wrote 11 times but no answer. How can do this?

As a laywer, you should probably know how to deal with these issues. You wrote them 11 times in 2 days?

Anyway, do you have a history of bad practice, like multiple accounts, chargebacks or anything, this might be the reason?

I do not have double accounts or anything ... are locked alone in this casinos (tropica casino and slotocash) ... in the other rivals can play ... but I do not play ... I'm a lawyer is true but I'm Italian ... initiate an international process is long ... before doing this I wanted to see if he could solve Casinomeister
 
I don`t know the named casinos, but you might want to start to check the rogue section on casinomeister, to find out if they are rogued.

If not, then you can check the "I-Gaming Forum Reps", to find out if they have "reps" to contact.

If they have "reps", then I suggest to send them a private message.

Tropica is a white label casino, SlotoCash is non-white label. Hopefully, KasinoKing will look in this thread and maybe offer some advice. :thumbsup:

Yes, try contacting the casino rep for slotocash, if all else fails you may have grounds for a PAB (you get one freebie for a non-accredited casino). You can PM maxd and see what he says...
 
I agree, post the rep since they don't answer your e-mails. Just don't assume that because they have closed your account they won't pay you! Try to not be too upset just yet I mean, for your own sake.
I'm pretty sure you can find a clause in their terms and conditions that they reserve the right to close any account in their sole discretion or something equal, well enough said since you're a lawyer.
It sucks when you have your account closed even if you have not violated any terms and conditions, but it happens.

I have never had a problem with Tropica Casino.
But.......The last two little stupid $25.00 Withdrawals came from a free chip they gave me.& now I see No Promo's & I asked them why & they told me my acct. was flagged. but I still can login.

If this is the case, and you truly believe you have done nothing wrong then you should try to PAB. If its not to late (do not write anything more about this case in the forum, if you would like to PAB).

english: Kiretta get a grip, I just sent you via PM the instructions about what a PAB is and how to approach it.

As an Italian professional -- there must be someone Kiretta can turn to for translation services on an ongoing basis to help this through to resolution. I know as a business woman in the US doing work internationally that there are plenty of translation support services as needed out there to be used.

I think the first step (if it were me) would be to send a written notice to the online casino requesting a copy of any documentation supporting their allegation of a chargeback. There must be *something* that exists in a banking records or transaction log regarding a non-honored payment or charge-back. Maybe when they transaction went through there was an insufficient amount to pay the debt marker? Maybe......could be lots of maybe's - but there is always paperwork to support.

Get the documentation first or you will be just spinning your wheels. The casino should want to help provide the documentation in order to convince you of your financial obligation and get their money ------ or if they can't provide the documentation, then it harms their credibility on the legitimacy of their claim.

Diana you are very sweet. I use for casino credit card paid first (like postepay) or EcoCard. In these cases you can not do chargeback. Not possible. And I've never done that you believe me.

Kiretta, I have no reason to NOT believe you. But you have to get through to the casino. Push for the documentation in THEIR records that proves you did not deposit correctly. Where is the proof? Facts are all that matter and what you can back up with paper.

Diana, I am trying to help Kiretta. No problem to do translation for her, my english is not perfect but anyway I guess it's understandable.

Despite I don't know her and this is the first time I talk to her, I do believe in Kiretta's good faith.
As far as I see, the problems are two:

- TROPICA: we are speaking about two days only from withdrawal's day, and moreover two days during the week end. Nobody there is accusing Kiretta of chargebacking and so I'd wait a few days before doing PAB or similars.

- SLOTO: maybe there was some misunderstanding since the depositing methods used by Kiretta were not allowing her any way of chargeback afaik.
Anyway I assured her about the total seriousness of thsi casino.

I am confident all this situation can be solved in a few hours, simply using good sense thru the proper channels and considering today is Sunday, taking it easy.

Send them the Italian equivalent of a certified (return receipt requested) letter indicating you always honor your financial obligations and upon proof you will consider their concerns. Either they have it or they don't. But failure on their part to respond thus far to emails or phone calls doesn't eliminate all your options.

Banks are allowing us to use our credit cards / debit cards to gamble on line, but then they are reluctant to help us in case of problems with casinos, because they don't want to appear as "accomplices" in any of these circustancies.
In Kiaretta's case, assuming she is in good faith, I guess it is just a matter to talk with Sloto people and to see where and when the misunderstanding was.

I got an e-mail from Kiretta today and contacted SlotoCash BEFORE I saw this thread.

All the advice given above is excellent. As this has all been happening over a Saturday and Sunday the key thing right now is patience. The casino managers most likely don't work weekends (and the Sloto Rep was in London at the same conference as me!), but I'm sure we will get some answers over the coming days.

I must admit there are VERY few times where players are wrongly accused of chargebacks.

I'm not sure of the exact merchant agreement that casinos have with postepay etc but it may well be that if a player cb's then postepay cb's the merchant in turn.

We should also be aware that the cb's were not at these casinos so just because the OP can match up their sloto and tropical deposits with a statement doesn't prove innocence. - they may well have used a different card at other Rivals.

It also troubles me that the OP states they were gambling to pay for medical expenses. It sounds like a very desperate move - and desperate people do desperate things (like chargebacks for instance)

Yes, I believe in innocent until proven guilty, but cb's are one of those things that are black and white - its not a case of bonus abuse or spirit of promotions here, it's cold hard financial fraud which leaves a trail of cold hard evidence.

I really hope that the generosity and assistance of fellow members is not being abused

But wasnt there recently that other thread "this is vegas owe me $80,000" which had the same type of issue.

Werent the casinos saying that he had a chargeback at another casino or something to that affect and didnt pay him on those basis and when CM looked into it all it was found they were talking utter crap?

from my own expereince the ones who dont whinge or complain that much are usually in the wrong.

This poster is adament of what has happened and she keeps at it so we should consider what she is saying for now.

The $80k issue is different.

The player in that case did have chargebacks to another Rival casino, freely admitted it and repaid those chargebacks on the understanding that the casino would then honor any cashouts (since the slate was clean so to speak) - problem is, he played at another Rival casino who didn't see it that way and kept his winnings.

In this case, we have nothing but the OP's word they they didn't chargeback, and given what they said "I need the money for my family's problems and serious health ... I started to play for this" it shows them to be in a very desperate situation. I mean, gambling to solve heath and financial problems is really desperate - and I stand by what I said that anyone who is this desperate would certainly be capable of a chargeback (considering they were probably gambling with money they couldn't afford).

Chargebacks are very hard to deny - the casino would have been supplied with the offending credit card number (totally unique), the players' details (presumably totally unique), and other indentifying markers. A processor has no reason to 'fake' these things, given they make money from each transaction and the last thing they want is less of them if they are legit.

I'm not saying I'm right, I am just speaking from experience here over the years. Ive seen some incredibly innocent-sounding players who certainly hoodwinked me (in the early years), and as I said Ive seen VERY few players actually found innocent when it comes to disputed transactions.

Just because I'm taking a far more cautious view based on past experience, you decide that I am 'bad and evil'.

You're a newbie here and nobody knows you from a bar of soap, so we are all 'posting without knowing'. We only have your word for it in regard to your innocence, and your word just dropped significantly in worth after your last comments.

I can tell you now, I am no supporter of Rival - but Slotocash has the best reputation by far, and if they say there's something fishy I'm more inclined to believe them over you.

Language barrier or not, your last post has revealed that maybe you aren't as naive or 'nice' as you would have us believe.

Let's just see what comes out in the wash.
 
Tropica casino has unlocked my account today ... does this look even slotocash ... just because you do not know me and know problems with language should be more cautious ... however thank those in this forum has been very kind and willing to help me ... is in public or private ... it's nice to see people who believe until proven otherwise ... even without knowing you

I ahve to agree being a seasoned member here you do see the types of issues that stick out like dogs balls, this is heading in that kind of angle with some of the remarks here.

For her own sake we all hope she is telling the truth and if so will be happy to assist.

I guess it's just one of those things that always comes out in the end.
 
Well according to the OP their tropica account has been unlocked - let's wait to hear from Slotocash.

I would be surprised if Sloto relented, given they were saying 'talk to our lawyers' yesterday. I doubt they would have said that without very good reason.

When Sloto admits they made a mistake (and explains how and why something like this could happen in the first place), I shall apologise to the OP and end up with egg on my face. It will then be time for French toast - my treat!! :p
