I would like to nominate Mr Ben from Nordicbet as Best Casino Manager of 2012.

Ben does not pop into this forum once every month to post a promotion. He literally visits Casinomeister several times every day. Members have always reported that he is super-fast when it comes to replying and solving problems.

Nordicbet is one of the most reputable names in the industry. Few or no complaints. Ben has also proven that he is genuinely interested in feedback from members. He has many times done improvements/changes based on relevant threads in the forum.

Nordicbet's casino section used to be quite boring and not very appealing. I used to see them as a bookmaker with a casino section. But today their casino is one of the best online, and also much more independent from their spots betting.

I think that a lot of this is thanks to Ben who became Head of Casino Operations at Nordic Gaming Group 2-3 years ago.

He re-launched Nordicbet Casino in 2011. Made it much more modern and user friendly with a stronger focus on exciting promotions. He also successfully launched Maxino earlier this year. Great new casino with the same high standard as we are familiar with from Nordicbet

The strong growth in Nordicbet Casino has continued through 2012, which also was pointed out when Betsson earlier this year acquired NGG.

He is also managing two other brands- Tobet and Triobet, but still has all the time in the world when members are contacting him.

There are many great casino managers out there that would have deserved this award, but I think it is about time that Ben gets some “official” recognition. He has been a member for a few years, is very dedicated to what he is doing and has a lot of respect for this forum and players in general.

2012 has been a year of change for me. I havent played nearly as much MG as i was used to. Though i will be returning to 32red @ 12-12-21 (<--- OMGeez that date ) I guess the Mayans predicted my return to 32red and not the over-hyped end of the world.

Instead 2012 brought me into Netent. A brand i literally hated. I didnt like the games at all. Never had a cashout nor playtime.But that changed, i started to like the games, i got more and more playtime and eventually the hits started coming. I took my online gambling to an healthy status instead of just playing away what ive got (Now i play only what i afford to loose). Managed to hit some BIG wins and actually clean up my own mess created by a weak mind. But for now the hits and the playtime has gone awol again, and its the Sherrifs fault. You hear me Nate?

And i met two wonderful gentlemans, and in the heat of the moment, i cannot choose one to save my life. Both of them has been as helpfull and as nice to me, and i really didnt expect that.

It would be unfair not to mention Pat from 32red as he has been as helpfull as anyone can be. Its just that i havent been using his casinos for the most of 2012 so i´ll save him for a contender for next year. But he sure is a worthy man of all the praise he gets aswell.

But what i like with theese 2 fellas i mentioned above is that i have seen them liking eachothers posts and seem very friendly to eachother, and thats rare. Dirrent reps usually dont touch other casinos threads!!?

With the precedence being set by the creme de la creme it will always be a hard act to follow, and from a gambler's pov those that do try and compete with the likes of 32Red, 3Dice etcetera, make it a whole heap better for all of us, the two that really stick out from the crowd this year for me are NordicBet and Ben, and Andy and Redbet, I name these casino's with their forum reps as both have been outstanding with their interaction with members, response times, and aptness in resolving what very few issues they have had to deal with, both are true assets of their respective casino's and imho merit some form of award each.

First of all, if you are going to just "just skim a few pages" when this post is about nominating the best casinos for the entire year, then how fair is your critique going to be? An educated opinion is the best opinion that can be had.

Second, this "depositing glitch" is just within the last few weeks and we are now in December. How can you base your opinion on just a few weeks of deposit issues when most of us have been depositing and playing happily for an entire year? How fair is that?

3-Dice Rocks and I hope this deposit issue will be fixed soon; but for the entire year, I have had the best time at 3-Dice casino and nominate them for best casino ever.
