Haven't posted for a while but a special shout out goes to the VIP Team at Redbet. Redbet have now employed the services of VIP Managers who look after their players. In the very short time I have had interaction with 'Finn' (One of the BEST VIP Managers) - I have found him to be ultra responsive, generous and just on another level altogether.

Their VIP support is Top Notch and trust me, it cannot be replicated by ANY online casino I play at. Even if they ignore me for the next 10 weeks, they have gone out of their way to make me feel appreciated. Well done guys!

I know how oyu feel. I have the same experience with Kenny from Videoslots. I've played many casinos the last 10 years but never had a VIP manager before like Kenny. Ultra-responsive, generous, and always a pleasure to talk to. I don't get it why there are casinos where you can spent endless money and they won't even give you 5$ nor a "vip" treatment.

    Good to hear/read!

Don't think I will ever make it to VIP level as a humble low roller but I do play occasionally at Redbet so good to know I am in 'good hands'

 - Well naturally, other Casinos would tell me 'You are xxx ahead' - Redbet didn't do that. Kudos to them.

Jon, I will be your VIP manager lol.

I like you play a lot and will never reach the status of being considered a VIP and i certainly felt that when i reached the milestone of 50 years old last week only 1 of the casino's i play at sent me an e-mail and that was just to offer a 100 percent match bonus.
Even good ole 32 Red missed me out.
So i just take it on the chin that even though i might turn over several thousand euro a week sometimes it just isn't considered VIP level.

Cheers the bigs, shall we start with 1,000 wager free FS on DOA at 1.80 bets ?? :p

Ironically an hour or so after my other post, missues got a phone cal from Redbet, apparently she has won 'The most friendliest customer on live chat' prize.:confused:

Didn't know such a prestige award existed lol ( never hear the end of that one off her) but they are sending out a 'goody bag' :D

She like me is a LR but nice for her to have some recognition when it's usually me who gets the key rings and mug coasters :p

That is nice for Mrs. Jon.

I'm usually pretty friendly on chat. Those CSRs do a hard job, and I always strive to be very pleasant. I've did phone sales and surveys and tech support, not always an easy job, and my daughter and SIL both worked as operators at a communications call centre. They unfortunately far too often have to deal with people that go beyond rude, and become very nasty.

^^ Could not agree more :) - Nicely said!

Bad manners are my pet hate and there is no call for them.

We all know live help can be frustrating at times, especially if your having an off day and get one of 'those' agents :p

However Its another person sitting at the other end simply trying to earn a living.

I've been in a 'rage' at times, almost ready to 'destroy things' but I always remember to say 'please' first lol :p

Yes I'm also surprised that I don't read about redbet here. They belonged to my favorites when I started gambling and they still are. Didn't hear from a VIP manager however. I guess I have to play more ;)

You should - I am honestly very happy with them. Its sad to see that 90% of the places I DUMP Cash at don't give a flying toss about loyalty. They would rather chase new players then look after existing ones. Seen it with Vera John, Betsafe, Casino Euro, Mr. Green and a few others.

Redbet on the other hand have recently shown a different level of VIP services. I must mention that they now offer Free Spins on new releases for their VIP's - They are actually Super Spins. My last batch was 50 Free on Guns and Roses for 2 Euros a spin, before that 50 on Glow at 1.5 Euros a spin.

Now compared to some of the mentioned places where you get 5 - 10 Spins or a tad bit more on MINIMUM Bet. Its actually disgusting - I get that its Free, but sometimes no matter what you deposit, you will never be rewarded.

In any event, been with them for years, since Andy was there. They have grown from strength to strength and still remain one of the very top rated casinos for me personally.

    Thanks for your comprehensive answer.

May I ask what you think qualifies you as a VIP? Is it that you are a member for such a long time and played constantly over that period or is it due to high deposit/high wagering.

    Thank you.

Not sure i can recall getting those stake values in free spins , but can back Nate up on the reps which are outstanding , nothing seems to be a problem , easy to get in touch with & they really do look after you, nice to see that some casinos are looking after there players, im the same as Nate was there when Andy was around there )

Whats the monthly turnover required to be considered a VIP at Redbet? I deposit at around 6-10 casinos a month - if I just deposited at a couple I'd probably be a VIP.

Hi not sure the turnover there ,i think going via my spending it isn't just what you spend there , maybe its a mixture of factors including the lengths of time with them & deposit levels , as Nate pointed out it doesn't seem to be if your winning or losing, maybe its loyalty as well, you could always ask about it.

Unsure of the turnover but the wife deposits every day, sometimes twice a day.

    I reckon her chances are

    Very Unlikely
    Inconceivable
    Probably not gonna happen

    :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I did a thread ages ago on 'Low Roller' VIP's which I strongly feel should be based on deposit activity and NOT deposit value.

It seems I'm now a VIP, I get VIP bonus codes and free spins worth 60 to 80 cents instead of the measly 20 cents. I really like it. It's not like your 1.5 or 2 euro spins but it's great like it is.

You are totally right about that the VIP support is unrivalled.

Regretfully I had to close my Redbet/WB/HP accounts after getting a valid withdrawal reversed with no explanation other than 'an error has occurred' e-mail. I then re-initiated it and that along with a HP w/d were pending in excess of 1 day. I badgered CS and got them expedited but it left a sour taste and I lost my confidence in them. So a 6-month break to see if things improve. But I am glad they are treating Nate OK..
