I opened an account at Lucky Red. If I had checked the accredited list I would have realized it was part of Club World and not opened it. But that's another story.

First deposit won 70 dollars somewhere in the first 10 minutes and I thought things were looking up. That, of course was the last thing I won on two coin wagers in real series slots until the entire 90 dollars I had was gone.

Ok so it was a bad string of luck.

I get an email saying I qualify for a 400% welcome bonus. I'll give it another try. I deposit 20 giving me a 100 dollar start. 25X playthrough means I have to wager 2500 dollars.

I played the entire thing in real series slots at 1 dollar spins. Took about 15 minutes at the most and if the playthrough had been 2.5X I still wouldn't have cleared it. I hit one free spin bonus in T-Rex on a dollar spin and it won 3 bucks. I averaged about a 50% payout.

So I say why bother? I already have enough casino accounts that I do ok with. I email them and just ask them to close the account.

2 days later I'm sitting around thinking "Why hasn't anyone emailed me back?" So I try to log in and my account is closed. I guess a response informing me that the account was closed was too much to expect.

Sucks, but I've had sessions like that at every RTG I play at.
Lucky Red is in fact the only RTG where I'm ahead so much they bonus banned me..
Last weekend I decided to give Cherry Red another try, so far all my deposits at whatever Rushmore casino go as you described, down to zero in one straight line.
No exception this time, 70 bucks gone in no time betting 0.40ct. max.
2 feautures, one on Year of Fortune for $7 and 1 on Paydirt for $0,70...
But for the past 4 weeks, all my RTG deposits seem to go like that.
Where's the luck I had in August??

Lucky Red was REALLY good to me. I've sucked at Club World so it kind of evened out. I did the 400% bonus on a $50 deposit and played for 2 days before cashing out. 3K plus...but it was the last cashout at an RTG and that was in May. I've resigned myself to the fact when I'm hot...play and when I'm not don't!:D

you asked for your account to be closed an they did it in their eyes you are no longer a customer so why should they email you an risk you saying that they are now spamming you I dont get it

I'm not entirely sure how replying to an email would be considered spam. Do you often email the spammers first?

you'll find that club world group loves to call people instead of responding to e-mail or live chat inquiries. I think I was told one time it's because that way they record the calls and so on and so forth. Seems like an awful waste of time though.

I have had a account over 5 years or more with them an they have never called me an I have never heard of them calling anyone
must be a new thing with them

Cindy,

They did call me when I signed up with CW nearly 2 years ago. Cant blame them as I live in Hong Kong and they probably dont have many customers from this place. They did email me though asking when it would be convenient to call me to verify my identity before they phoned.

BTW, the title of this thread applies to my play with them yesterday. Lost 3 deposits in a row at unlucky RED:mad:

i seem to be getting much better better playtime on rtg than mg at the moment
and lucky red does ok for me

just posted a few in winning

made 7 straight deposits into my favourite mg and havent been in front once since i had a big hit on raptpack and withdrew , they sucked half of it back

RTG used to do better for me but now MG seems to last longer. I always swore by RTG up until recently.

I realize that when you play any casino you can win but you'll probably lose. A 50% payout is pretty sad but it happens.

That being said, I still think they should have replied to my email as a courtesy so at the very least so I know they got it.

Which was actually the point of this thread.

Um, I think LuckyRed is probably legit :)

Cashed out 0.00 - but that's probably not their fault

I should have known I was in for a painful day when logging into Moneybookers to deposit into LuckyRed, I had this Turing Test:

Anyone believe in omens?

Christ, you blew 47K ?
Well...you and I are on different levels, thank God :)
Come to think of it. maybe that's why they don't give a shiny p**p about people like me ....lol

Yea that was a bit regrettable as I'd passed the Wagering Requirement by that point. But in my defence:

1. I was extra drunk that day.

2. I misread that 'omen' and I was aiming for $66600 :p

3. That's all I got....

No reply about a month to this topic, i decided to bump it up to share my experience i had today with this casino.

Well, decided to play at Lucky Red this afternoon, registered and made a deposit.

1st bad impression :

They called me and i asked to identify my account by telling them my personal details. I dont like to get called from casinos. Maybe someone in my place don't like that i gambling...

2nd bad impression :

Spacebar doesn't work on all slots. There is a glitch on the client and you need to press options -> ok to make it work.

3rd very bad impression :

When you press spin, there is a delay around 2 secs than other RTG casinos i'm playing to. This is not a 'ping' or a connection problem to their servers, since the games are downloading pretty fast, around 2mb/sec. This one really opened my 'red light' warning.

4rd very bad impression :

The phrase 'tight slots' is not enough to describe the RTP . Slots are Ultra-high tight, scatters were appearing once in a life time! I've experienced so many bad runs at other RTG's but this one was the best of the worst! 150$ balance gone away at minutes of play with 0.50,0.75 bets per spin.

The real joke was the 1 bonus feature hit i had, that paid me the amazing ammount of 2$!

The next joke (that i laughed to death) was to my last spin with 0.75 balance left, that hits 4 scatters on Texan Tycoon. But what shocked me on this : The reels on this spin, runned so fast like in TURBO mode!!???!!! but i was playing normally without Turbo mode checked! It was like spinning each reel in 0.1'' each!

That one really got me upset after all, i spent the remaining 40$ from the 4 scatters into 1$ bets (of course hitting nothing again), closed the client and uninstalled.

I know that Cherry Red is in CM's Accreditted List, (in fact i've checked this list to pick a casino to play, and pick lucky red for today) , they may have support, payouts normally, but it's the 1st casino that i've put to my 'Rogue' List after my experience. I don't know if that happens to more people playing there, maybe we need more posts to share their opinions on their playtime.

The good thing at all is that we'are learning from our mistakes, and everyone of us decides where to play or not.

Cheers!:)

The 4 things you listed do not make them rogue but would definitely make your 'ignore' list. I do agree, however, that it was a most unpleasant experience.

I just took up their 200% bonus offer, deposited $30 so started with $90, played for about 20 minutes with NO bonus rounds on $0.40-$0.60 bets.

I rarely take a bonus at RTG but wanted to play a bit tonight, bad move, should have stuck with MG or 3Dice.

The slots at the Club World group, incl. Lucky Red are among the tightest I tried so far. Usually I play on Fruit Frenzy, for 2 years I am member there I can count on my 10 fingers how many bonus round I hit, maybe only on five fingers as well. It is quite strange. But recently the same tighness applies to other RTG's I tried. I don't really feel the RTP to be over 90%. Few years ago I liked to play at Breakaway casino very much, it was also an RTG. Since they switched software I hardly had good sessions at RTGs. In case I won larger amounts, that was from table game bets. Slot play just ate up my balance.

Recently I mostly play only at the William Hill Group of Casinos on slots with my own money or deposit match bonus, but there I really feel that the RTP is over 90. And not just in case of one game, but several games. I often win a nice amount on solts in one of their casinos. I am playing for a long time at this group, more than 2 years, so I think it is not just a matter of luck now. Compared to them, RTG casinos perform very poorly. And unfortunately Lucky Red is not an exception, either.

RTG is hardly ever my first choice of casino - for different reasons, I like 3Dice, MG or Rival. Personally, I think it's that danged Random Jackpot that lowers RTP percentages on every slot. Please get rid of that feature on at least SOME of your slots, RTG.

bingo, we have a winner

Not sure. I've personally put $10,000 thru an RTG slot that had a random of $8000, in the end just hoping to recoup some of my loss. If I, one player could do that, imagine how much that very slot must have taken in from everyone else. If you notice the small increments of RJ amount increases as you play, you can rest assured that Jackpot is well paid for just from a couple cents of every dollar that goes in, so I really doubt that is much issue when it comes to the RTP.
