Venting Rudy slots count your days

I checked my account last night because I had a transaction to come into my coin wallet that was 19.00 well long story short I cashed out 1500.00 with Rudy slots and they only sent me 19.00 dollars and it's saying manager withdrawal approved for 1481.30 but it was never sent out I won that money fair and square I need help I'm gonna get what is owed to me because I won it
