UB has decided to bait and switch. Even though players deposited to receive bonuses that cleared at 10 points per $1 on a dealt system UB decided to change the bonus terms to make it 4-5 times harder to clear. UB has refused to honor existing bonuses at the agreed upon terms. What is worse is that they changed the terms early this week but they did not put the changes on their site until yesterday. When players complained to UB about the bonuses not clearing correctly they were lied to by UB saying it was a software glitch for days.
UB now joins Absolute (UB's owner) in my rogue pit. Retroactively changing terms and then lying to your customers about it is rogue.
FWIW their traffic has been down, one day over 30% and all days down a noticable amount.
Last month UB changed terms on affiliates and rakeback players requiring players to contribute to the pot to generate MGR.
UB has every right to change their bonus structure on new offers but refusing to honor bonus terms is like a casino deciding that even though they gave you a 25x bonus now that you are clearing it they changed it to a 100-125x bonus. Casinos are rogue when they do that and UB is too IMO.
