Exactly, and being fluent in Russian, i would say that he always phrases everything highly diplomatically. If he is asked about something or delivers a message, he usually starts from one point then lays it out all by step and ends with:

- We'll always find an appropriate response

According to some sources, it is Article 359 in Russia's criminal code, called “Mercenarism.” I'll check tomorrow if i find it. But the law is only one thing. I would say that his future will heavily depend on whether they put him in a prison cell with others or completely isolated. The best option is isolated.

Actually this only proves you have been reading some bias twitter accounts because none of this is true at all.
Once again, Alot of this was caused by the USA/NATO.
I am not saying Putin is in the right invading a country but I also dont know what other options he had when he literally pleaded that NATO stop expanding to his borders.
it was fine for awhile but then the war mongers got in power and slowly but surely started moving east. Within the past 2 decades NATO has spent billions funding Ukraine with weapons and training and plans to form bases there.
What business is it of the USA to be in Ukraine? Putin being a dictator is not enough reason to go to war with him.
Just an fyi, there is a fair chance that the USA/Britain/NATO would lose this war. Why? Because the USA would have to bring their army half way across the world to try and attack Russia. China, Russia, North Korea, Iran would all be sitting there picking them off with missiles, submarines and all the other fun stuff they have.
So you should probably be in favor of this descalating instead of cheering how bad you want war and missiles.

I think we can all agree it's been a tragedy for those on the receiving end.
I'm not really opposed to any countries joining Nato for strict defensive purposes, that's got to be their sovereign right.
However, I'm opposed to changing the nuclear war deterrent, between the super powers, of mutual destruction by setting up missile systems that can then be adapted to fire nuclear warheads, and planting them in Russia's backyard.
If Japan had had nuclear bombs in 1945 then unlikely the USA would've dropped theirs. Fast forward to now, if the US can launch pre-emptive strikes and have a time advantage, why wouldn't they either do it or use it as a threat whenever Russia does something they don't like.
So I'm firmly of the opinion this all comes down to the US govt (or western elites, depending on how you view it) trying to change the nuclear deterrent and balance of power, and Russia then deciding we've got to do everything in our power to stop this from becoming a reality.
And it's the poor Ukrainian who gets it in the neck, and who would also be first in line to be hit in a nuclear exchange or false alert scenario, and then the rest of europe would be hit.
Webzcas has pointed out Putin is not stupid and won't escalate because he'll then be wiped out in return, but changing the nuclear deterrent balance means he would face that situation permanently, regardless of any military escalations, his fate and Russia's would be in US hands forever. The Khinzals travel 300 miles. Their ICBMs travel 3500 miles. The Khinzals are also considered low yield with just small explosions compared to their ICBMs
The above means one thing. Extreme danger for any aircraft carrier NATO tries to bring anywhere near Russia if there was a war.
If there is a full out war, I surely hope you volunteer on the front lines given your rhetoric in here! Read up on your latin, his actions speak for themselves, they demonstrate all they need to. Having that kind of career does give you mountains of credibility but his actions in the last decade or two show him to be compromised which is a big hit to his credibility.

The whole debate club thing was just me joking that you shouldn't be using ad hominem whilst trying to to argue with someone as it doesn't reflect well on you. I did happen to attend one during wednesday lunchtime in highschool though, as was mentioned.

Im not sure if you realize this but that was an old strategy that failed miserably that ended up in the humiliation of an entire party and base.
