I don't post much but I'm currently dealing with an unfortunate situation with Tropezia, has anyone (Canadians especially) ever had a wire transfer take more than 5 business days to go through, any where near 8 even?

I just talked with our team and I understand the anxiousness - nice big withdrawal!!!
So, the money was sent the following day after your withdrawal request, and as it is traveling through international waters it can take a while. Nothing to worry about. International wire transfers can take anything between 2 to 7 banking days, it all really depends on how many banks and systems are involved.
So, just to confirm, the withdrawal was processed faster than usual and was sent on the 28th. Hang in there, it will pop up in your account any time now.

Thanks for responding, it ends up the problem is when the withdrawal was actually sent. I was emailed on the 27th saying it was processed and sent and support called me today and said it was the 28th that it was sent, then in the same breath said no it was really the 29th... All in all, I'm not really sure what the real date is since I've gotten 3 different answers now or why I wasn't just told the real date of sending in the first place.

Processing something fast is great but incorrect information just results in lost sleep and ulcers. Here's hoping it shows up and it's the actual amount I withdrew, last time I was lost $200 from my withdrawal because it was converted to euros even though I deposited, played and withdrew in CAD (needless to say, not the best surprise).

As negative as the situations have been so far, I do have to say the Customer Support at Tropezia is really amazing, positive and helpful.

Whats with the disconnecting in this casino? Ive been booted out of 3 games. And since Im new when i went back in I forget to look at my bet sizing. It automatically increased from my $1 bets to $2 and I did it a few times before I noticed.......................

my 5 cents about Tropezia.

I just wanted to give my review of this casino. Unfortunately it's a negative one.

I deposited $100 and took their 200% bonus. As you can see from my earlier post, at the beginning of my session I was disconnected in the middle of games and booted out. In total about 7-10 times in an hour. I have high speed wireless so it had absolutely nothing to do on my end at all. Each time I was disconnected, my bets were reset back to the entry level. Meaning if I was playing $1 spins, it would disconnect and reset the limit at $2. It could be my fault for not looking but numerous times I didnt notice and was betting double what I usually do due to this glitch.

After my session ended and I lost the $300 fairly quickly, I wrote some feedback to the rep here via PM and explained my problem. I got a response fairly quickly and was told they would look into it. 4-5 days pass and no response so i again contacted the rep here. That seemed to push it along.

Since then I have been speaking to what seemed to be a friendly support named Kris. He confirmed a few sudden increase in bets etc and asked me a few more questions. I responded to his questions and at the end of the email I put "p.s. please do not make random phone calls to my phone as I work full time and my work wouldnt appreciate me talking to a casino, thank you"

That seemed to have offend Kris. As the next reply was somewhat cold and to the point and basically "Sorry our team found nothing wrong, it must be your internet connection"

I want to be clear. I made it very clear I did not want a refund back or anything like that. If I lose, I lose. Even though my session was terrible from the disconnections and unfair increase in betting, I didnt want to be one of those people who cried "refund".

This is in no way an attempt to squeeze anything back from the casino. I have since requested my account closed so that would be impossible anyways. I wanted to give an honest feedback. I enjoyed their game selection, my feedback was in hopes they fix it so next time this doesnt happen to me. However, that wil not be happening.

This was probably one of the worst experiences Ive had since online gambling. And probably the most offended Ive been when support tried to blame me for the issue.
 
.. oh and i forgot to mention that i'm in a country where they don't have wagering requirements for bonuses... :) I can't cash out the bonus money but i don't have to wager it as well. Awesome :)
