I couldn't find it clearly stated in the Welcome Bonus terms, but according to some reviews there is a withdrawal cap of 10 times your deposited amount. Is this correct?

Again, I couldn't find this rule, but it is also said that you need to wager a raw deposit 5 times before you can request a withdrawal? If so, this is well above the standard 1x. Even the 3x required by some casinos is considered way OTT.

Either way, there is another real deal breaker here. The normal procedure is you open an account, then open a few slots to inspect which RTP setting they are on, and then you decide on whether or not to let them have a deposit or not. However, when trying to open any game you get this:

I wanted to share my experience playing at Trustdice over the last 7 days.
First impression of the casino’s web interface was mostly pleasant, and fairly easy to navigate. Once signed up, and a decent read through of the rules and the faq sections skimmed through the details of the faucet feature, and their txt crypto staking section, and a look at the bonus/reward section..

I made my first deposit with litecoin, my go to for nearly free transaction fees and fairly quick confirmation speeds. While waiting the estimated 30 minutes for the deposit to come through, I spent some time browsing through the games section, which was somewhat cluttered but some sorting options were helpful, but the default view of the most popular games was a mix of older game titles and some I wouldn’t have interest in playing myself..

The search engine worked well when searching for the names of certain games I wanted to try. Although the casino has potentially thousands of unique games from various providers, many were greyed out for me due to my region. However the handy selector to remove/hide games that were not playable for my account or region was a nice option.

Games loaded directly into the browser, and looked crisp visually, some of the games in their default loaded size didn’t fit my resolution, though the full screen maximize option could be found in the games directly below the open game interface.

Most of the games that I chose to play were well designed but winning lines were not frequent and most took lots of spins before triggering a feature. Dead spins during normal and feature spins became the norm, and I even hit a 5 scatter feature which gave 15 free spins in one of the games that all come up dead empty. The RTP seemed like it was quite low, in comparison to the experiences I have had with the same titles at other casinos. However this may have been only my bad luck and not definite of the games or casino.

No bonuses were activated at any point but I did claim the daily login rewards and faucet rewards as often as I could. Though, even with multiple deposits each session, I had no accumulation of wins large enough to even double my deposit, and as such no withdrawal was feasible for me.

On the last day of my personal trial of this casino, I attempted a request to live support for a bonus or comp for losses, and was quickly denied and the agent recommended that I continue working on leveling the clam level towards their shrimp level. Which after the whole week I had only progressed 12% of the default starter clam level. Which at one point it appeared that the percentage was going backwards for a couple of percent.

The chat feature really was useless for me during the times I was online because most of the chatter was requests for free money in the form of tips from multiple users repeatedly begging for handouts. I closed the chat window and that helped with the distractions.

I also spent some time looking through the trustdice forum pages and was surprised that there was many posts from cloned credit card info sellers and other dark-net type products, scams and sellers.

I will likely try playing here again in the future, if the neutral zone changes in a positive direction, until then I will definitely be watching the threads for more opinions and reviews from experienced and trusted members of this community.

Hello again,
I feel that it necessary that I share my followup experience report, having returned to partake in another group of daily sessions at Trustdice. These sessions are conducted soley for my personal interest, and are funded by myself. I am not an affiliate of any casino, or casinomeister, and would be considered just an average low to mid budget casino enthusiast. Any statement I make within this post is not to be considered absolute fact, as I am only expressing my personal opinions and observations whether good, bad or other.

So to continue, I have been playing almost daily at this site for about 2 weeks, after having written the previous review. What I have come to figure out after playing many more hours and spending quite alot more time focusing directly on specificly the leveling system, I most likely was mistaken when I mentioned that the level percentage seemed to have went down, rather than up at some interval. It is highly likely that I misscaculated the numbers due to a resolution difference between displays at seperate locations that I login from and play. So I'd like to formally retract that statement as It is likely my own error.

Next, I'd like to point out that the casino does indeed live up to the claim that they offer instant cashouts, and from my experience in this go around, I was able to make several small cashouts under $100 usd, and was pleasantly suprised that each time I submitted a request to cashout, and requested the email verification, confirmed the email, within a matter of minutes I was able to confirm that the cashout had been successfully completed and would already be a pending incoming transfer in my wallet. Which would then be complete and free to use shortly thereafter. Not once was any of my cashout requests held up, for any review, nor did I feel at any point that there was any delays coming from the casino. I can not vouch for any amount above $100 usd, and not all possible currency options.

Gameplay has been up and down, it seems that possibly the games I have chosen to play for the most part are not very forgiving, but I believe that also may have much to do with the choice of game and or provider the game was offered from. From experience, one of the games that the current promotion for christmas of upto 100 free spins by spinning a wheel embedded directly in the promotions bonus page, After spinning the wheel multiple times at twice daily I can say for certain that it does feel random, and not biased towards only small awards. However the game from bgaming that you can choose to use the free spins in, seems to me to be of very high volatility, and many times I have spun 10, 25, and 50 free spins, and ended the freespins with nothing or nearly nothing to show for it. And the two or three times I made a decent or significant hit within the freespin mode, the playthrough was so incredibly high, It was very difficult to even consider trying to complete, and after giving my best effort each time, I was forced to forfiet all but one that I was able to complete playthrough on however, it was only a minute amount of doge.

The faucet and cash back features, are very nifty ideed, and are in many ways useful to rebuilding a small balance if luck and patience can be in your favour, the dice game is extremely capable of high roller wins, and level points towards the next level. It can and will eat your balance as slow or as quick as you decide based on how you bet, and where each dice roll lands. I seem to have good luck if I don't play on auto but instead just use the space bar hotkey to activate the spin, and manually switch the slider and profit margin per spin or sequence of spins.

One specific thing I also feel the need to mention, is the bonus and free spin systems, do feel like they were put in place to benefit the player, and there are what seems to be some safeguards and provisions within that specify the boundries of your max bet, etc. And does not appear to be in the way of enjoyable gameplay, as well as doesn't seem to be solely implemented as a conduit for the casino to fault the player into forfieting the winnings. I have not seen anything specificly designated to hurting the potential of a player, inbuilt into their system, beyond just the high wager requirements on certain bonuses.

After spending much more time in the platform, I feel that in so many ways this casino has stepped up to a level that I never expected to see, and my initial review may have had a few statements that were based on my perception from experiences from all the other casinos i've played at which portray aweful customer appreciation and greedy scam like policies, and I judged a casino too hastily. Which is why I am offering this followup semi review, to share a change in my overall opinion of this site. No doubt in my mind at this point, I will continue playing here and as such I will share my opinion with anyone who would like it. I think they are worthy of praise, and more attention from CM official reviewers, I would be intrigued to know others thoughts, and opinions of Trustdice as well.

Well i made a small deposit to test it out - not the biggest game selection no bigtime game for example. Tried customer support as my ETH took a while. They were quick and responsive.

But you can not view your balance in fiat when playing and have to keep referring to your main balance in the top - which at times does seem to lag a bit behind what your balance is in real time. It was ok - but lack of games and the fact you cant view your balance in USD / EUR or whatever when playing a game annoyed me..

Live community chat was pretty lame I turned it off - just people begging for free money. Deposit took around 15 minutes to credit - where as other cryptos I have played at its within a few minutes often instant.

That being said, it could be your jurisdiction limiting your access to games. In that case, click on "Hide unavailable games" and then you will be able to see only games you can immediately play.

And regarding crediting time, in general your deposit is credited to your account as soon as it arrives at the deposit address. The differences however are often caused by the level of congestion on the blockchain itself, and correspondingly, the gas fee you designated. That's the time spent on the blockchain itself where we do not have any influence.

I am here posting this for the purpose of sharing additional feedback of my personal experience while playing at the casino since the previous review I had posted..

Since the last review post I made in this thread, I have visited the casino quite frequently.. I will start off by saying with confidence that I have enjoyed playing here. It has become one of my favorite casinos. I absolutely enjoy the instant cashouts, large game selection even though there are some games that are not available in my location it has not been at all troublesome finding games to play that are fun and have good win capablilty.

The dice game has me returning consisitently, and the ability to use the faucet feature in conjuntion with the dice and crash games to play with free crypto drops accumulated through the several faucet claims, and build a small bankroll from scratch with it that can be cashed out instantly once a desired amount has been achieved.

I absolutely appreciate the fact that I have had zero problems with the cashing out of my winnings. I have made multiple withdrawal requests of sums over $1000.00 without lengthy reviews or unexpected delays. Each time I have cashed out, the funds were available in my wallet within minutes of the transaction. I have not had the dreaded worry with failed or refused cashouts that I have experienced with other casinos I've played at.

I have yet to experience any limiting factors other then the $100 maximum tipping cap, which after speaking with support requesting an increase to my accounts max tip sending cap the response was that feature is not available at this time. I decided to return to this thread and share my positive feedback once again and while im here..

I would like to request that the amount players can send, when tipping multiple players, be increasable, or have the tip sending max cap be specific to the recieving player, not the sender. I myself am unconcerned about the max cap of tips received, however when using the tip feature today for the first time I learned that it is a maximum of $100 for tips both sent and recieved. It does not happen often, but feeling generous I chose to tip a couple of players that I had been conversating with, and I was limited to the $100 affecting how many players I could tip with the amount I chose during that moment of generosity.

I would also like to mention that the chat feature's automated profanity word and/or phrase filtering, does not offer any indication when triggered by a message containing filtered words and the entire message completely disappears once sent. The list of words that are not allowed / blacklisted are not availabe to players as far as I know. With the filter being as aggressive as it currently is, a list of those words that are not allowed being available to the players, I think it would improve the chat feature for players that like to conversate like myself.

Overall I really like playing at Trustdice, and am proud to share my expereince with other readers of this forum, the information contained in this post are only from my perspective.. your mileage my vary..

That's right! In most cases, withdrawals are instantly and automatically approved, as long as it doesn't trigger any anti-abuse, risk management or AML alarms. We have been in the business for six years and counting and we'd love to see our players win, as long as there is a fair game and no suspicion of fraud or abuse of any kind.

I wonder how much the odds of actually making play-through requirements are with 100x WR smacked on to your deposit. Of course you have restricted games, limited or no live games and max bets rules too..

So a 40€ deposit would equal 4,000€ in play-through. Yikes!

In general it goes without saying in the industry, but we also made it clear in our Bonus T&C as below. The "wagering requirement" means x times of the bonus value. NOT x times of ( the bonus value + the deposit value ).
10. The wagering requirements of 40 times means that you must wager the value of the bonus 40 times. For example, if a player receives a 0.01 BTC bonus, then the player needs to place an accumulated amount of bets amounting to 0.4 BTC before bonus funds and potential winnings are released to his available balance.
