TrustDice Casino is focused on cyber-currencies and has a full assortment of games. What is impressive is that they have been online since 2018, and thus far we haven’t had any complaints submitted via our formal player complaint service (PAB), or any negative postings in our forum. That is impressive – what is not impressive is the licencing jurisdiction (Curacao master license 1668/jaz). The good news is that this master license is being binned with a new and improved version promised in November 2023. Well, we will see how that goes. The score for this casino would improve once the licensing is sorted out.
Other than that, they seem to be a good option for those who play with cyber currency. Sorry no UK, US, or AUS.

TrustDice Casino is one of the leading crypto casino sites, and it’s owned by the Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. Like most online casinos operating with crypto, TrustDice Casino is licensed in Curacao – but this isn’t always a bad thing, especially as the country is (in the process of) revamping their licensing system.
TrustDice Casino, first and foremost, is fantastic for those wanting access to a vast selection of games. If slots are your thing, you’ll find titles from popular game developers like Play’n Go, Pragmatic Play, and Relax Gaming, to name a few. They don’t skimp on live casino games either, and you’ll find live dealer games from Ezugi, Evolution (previously Evolution Gaming), and Spinomenal.
We were happy to see that TrustDice offers exclusive, provably fair games – allowing you to enjoy a transparent gaming experience – and as this isn’t something you’ll find at all crypto casinos, it’s a significant plus point.

Bonus Terms And Conditions + Casinomeister Thoughts
The main advertisement makes the three deposit bonuses look pretty good, we think it’s fair to say.
“Deposit Bonuses up to 3 BTC/$90,000 + 25 free spins with only a 35X wagering requirement on your first two deposits.”
While the 35X wagering requirement is true for the first and second deposits, TrustDice Casino does increase the wagering requirement to 40X on your third deposit.
This strikes us as a bit misleading; they advertise 35X wagering requirements but fail to mention it increases on the final deposit bonus.
There’s also quite a bit of confusion surrounding the terms and conditions of the bonus. The online casino states the maximum winnings from the bonus are $3,000. Now, if you’re depositing $10, that’s no big deal. But what if you’re depositing the full $30,000 into your account? A max withdrawal of just $3,000 doesn’t make sense at all. We assume this is a mistake – but as it’s written in the terms and conditions, it’s something to be aware of. We’ll update this review if and when we hear back from the casino’s rep.
Another slight head-scratcher: the maximum bet you can place is just $2 when using bonuses and features. Imagine depositing $30,000 and then being limited to $2 bets; again, we’re inclined to believe this is a mistake/oversight – but it needs to be addressed.
Now, let’s take a look at some of the bonus’ other terms and conditions:
- You have to play slots at TrustDice to meet the wagering requirements. As a result, if slots aren’t your thing, this bonus might not be for you.
- However, there are around 100 excluded slots – nothing we don’t see at most casinos.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time, and if you want to change to a different bonus, you’ll need to cancel your active bonus first. Doing so, however, means you’ll lose any bonus funds currently on your account.
- You have seven days to meet the wagering requirement from the date the bonus is credited to your online casino account. Failure to do so could lead to your bonus funds being forfeited.
- The promotion is limited to one instance per user, IP address, which is nothing out of the ordinary.
So, aside from the maximum withdrawal limit and the $2 max bet, it’s a solid bonus, that’s for sure. Unlike other online casinos, the list of excluded game providers is small, so you can play games from most casino software providers.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At this time, TrustDice Casino does not offer any no-deposit bonuses or free spins. However, they frequently add new promotions, so check back often to see if any no-deposit deals have been added. With or without no deposit bonuses, though, TrustDice still has a very generous welcome package and plenty of ongoing promotions.
Sports Betting Welcome Bonus
When you’re new to TrustDice Casino’s sportsbook, you can also claim a generous bonus with their risk-free first sports bet offer. Here’s how it works: Place your first sports bet on an event with minimum odds of 1.60. If you win, you keep the winnings as normal. However, if you lose, TrustDice will give you a free bet equal to the amount you wagered.
You must use this free bet within 48 hours, or it’ll expire, although you can place it on any sport or league. Remember, however, when using your free bet, the odds must be 1.60 or higher. You get the net winnings minus the free bet amount when your free bet wins. So, if you get a $20 free bet and win on odds of 3.0, you’ll get $40. That’s calculated as ($20 free bet * 3.0 odds) – $20 free bet.
It’s a pretty standard risk-free bet, but it’s great to see more crypto gambling sites like TrustDice beginning to offer sports betting bonuses; in the past, many sites were focused almost entirely on casino bonuses.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
When you begin betting at TrustDice Casino, you join the Satoshi Club, their VIP program. This program is structured to reward players through a tiered system, which includes levels such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Prized. Each tier has unique benefits, including weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, expedited withdrawals, and exclusive promotions.
For example, at the Bronze level, you’ll be eligible for a 5% weekly cashback bonus, and once you advance to the Silver tier, this increases to 10%. Gold tier members receive a 15% weekly cashback, while those at the Platinum level are entitled to a 20% cashback. Diamond-level members benefit from a substantial 30% weekly cashback. The invite-only Prized level offers cashback of up to 50% every week; that’s insanely high!
In addition to cashback, birthday bonuses are another feature of the VIP program. These bonuses begin at 0.25 mBTC for Bronze level members and can grow to as high as five mBTC for those at the Diamond level.
Our only confusion regarding the VIP program’s terms and conditions is the expedited withdrawals. TrustDice Casino claims that higher-level players experience increasingly faster withdrawal times – but this somewhat contradicts their statement that all withdrawals are instant for all players, anyway!

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS
TrustDice is a crypto-only casino, and it’s worth keeping this in mind; if you want to make deposits and withdrawals using Credit and Debit Cards or EWallets, you’ll probably want to choose a different casino. However, when it comes to crypto, TrustDice does an excellent job.
You can deposit popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and EOS directly from an external wallet or exchange. Simply log into your TrustDice account, click “Deposit,” and then “Crypto Deposit.” You can choose which currency you want to deposit and the deposit network. Be sure to select the correct network to avoid any issues.
In addition to direct crypto deposits, TrustDice lets you deposit various altcoins through their integration with Coin Switch. This is handy for depositing coins not natively supported on TrustDice. You simply choose the currency, Coinswitch exchanges it to one supported by TrustDice, and the funds are deposited directly into your account.
Over 50 different altcoins are supported, and this is not something you’ll find at most other crypto casinos – so it’s good to see TrustDice offering it.
Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Withdrawing from TrustDice is advertised as a smooth and straightforward process – and we have nothing to suggest otherwise. To make a withdrawal, ensure that you’re logged into your account. Once inside, click “Deposit,” then go to the “Withdraw” tab. You’ll be able to select which cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. Remember, there are minimum withdrawal amounts, ranging from 0.001 BTC to 30 USDT, depending on the currency you choose. There are also small withdrawal fees to cover the gas costs of sending the transaction.
TrustDice Casino requires all players to use email verification to process a withdrawal. We think this is great; it’s an added layer of security that doesn’t inconvenience players much, in our opinion. Once you request a withdrawal, you’ll receive an email with a verification code to confirm the withdrawal. Simply enter the code, and your withdrawal will be processed.
TrustDice supports withdrawing all the major cryptocurrencies they allow deposits for, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, EOS, and others. Just be sure to select the proper network when withdrawing to avoid any issues. For example, with Ethereum, you can withdraw on the ERC20 or BEP2 networks.
One thing to be aware of is that per TrustDice’s terms, you need to wager your deposit amount five times (5X) before you can withdraw. This is higher than other crypto casinos, and we’d prefer to see it in the 2-3X range. Still, it’s a measure to prevent bonus abuse – and it shouldn’t be an issue for most players.
Time Frames and Withdrawal Limits
TrustDice aims to process crypto withdrawals within one hour – although their website states that, often, they’re instant. However, in some cases, withdrawals can take up to 48 hours. Your withdrawal will likely take longer than an hour if you have a big win or claim a bonus.
There are some withdrawal limits to be aware of; daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply, equating to $5,000, $15,000, and $50,000, respectively. It still shouldn’t be an issue for most players, but high-rollers may want to contact the customer support team beforehand to request a higher limit.
Responsible gaming
TrustDice has a dedicated, responsible gambling page, which you’ll find in the footer section of their website. They encourage players to gamble reasonably. For those who feel unable to control their gambling, TrustDice allows players to self-exclude themselves by contacting customer support.
Once initiated, self-exclusion prevents access to your account or the ability to withdraw funds. You must withdraw any existing balance before self-exclusion. We were pleased to see that TrustDice Casino lets you enter into a self-exclusion agreement yourself – you don’t need to contact the customer support team to do so.
However, we would like to see TrustDice offer more responsible gambling tools in the future. Deposit limits, loss limits, and session timers would allow players to control their gambling spend and time on site, and these are, in our opinion, tools that should be available at all online casinos today.

TrustDice states they reserve the right to verify all player’s accounts. However, it is unclear if these checks are required for players to withdraw funds or use site services. We could not find any information on their website indicating that ID or document uploads are mandatory. Their terms only state that accounts may be blocked if players do not complete KYC when requested.
Ideally, we would like to see more transparency from TrustDice on their identity verification policies. Do they run automated KYC checks on player data? Under what deposit or withdrawal thresholds are documents required? This information should be readily available to users – but it’s a minor concern, especially as, here at Casinomeister, we recommend always verifying your account voluntarily.
