Expired Promo TradaCasino Testers Wanted!

There are promos that are no more.
I thought it was 10€ but i got 10kr ( 1€)

So i can already most likely report a bug in conversion.

Talked to a guy named Chris, who instantly fixed the error. So i got to experience that, was fixed in minutes.

Played with my tenner and had only one issue with a freezing game Mystic Manor. Wolf Gold for Pragmatic game was a bit slow in spinning otherwise everything works fine. I found no spelling errors but still have a white screen on the left which I pmd Conor about. Searching for games was easy so there is that. All in all it was pretty good.
 
so now they need to verify my account again tho my Trada account was verified
and now the withdraw will take 6-8 business days ? whut ?
me not like it at all. so I will most likely give Trada a pass in the future and put my money elsewhere.

and figure that CS said they didnt had internet y'day all day so they didnt check any withdraws
like wtf ? where is the CS located ? Mars ?
 
The CS is located in Malta, and due to a power outage yesterday they were unavailable :)

Conor in the new T&C I've approved when the move to the new platform was made did it mention that the accounts need to be re-verified ? I didnt catch that line in the new T&C

In some instances, it would need to be re-verified, but not all, and in most cases, they should not as all documents were supposed to be migrated.

It is likely that perhaps maybe one of your documents is not suited, or we do not have proof of all of your payment methods.

If you drop me a PM to remind me of your registered email address I'll check this out for you :)

it's really weird since my documents were approved and I was fully verified a year ago.

The question has been raised to the CS team so we should have the answer sharpish :)

but I think it would have been fair to specify in the new T&C that even if your account was verified with Trada you will need to do that again for the new platform so anybody that deposits should know beforehand that the withdraw will take 6-8 days

dont you think it would had been fair ?

I can only imagine it's not easy to move a casino from a platform to another.
so specify that in the T&C.

I dont like this hassle at all and if I knew I would have not deposited.

Consider your self lucky apparent on the 20th Nov whilst sleeping I logged on and self excluded myself for 6 months either that or my jack Russell has a thing fer I Phones...

As there were a few of you had mentioned this in the testing, I thought it would be easier to address it here rather than via PMs :)

The CDN improvement has been rolled out, so the lag and speed in gameplay and the site loading should be 100% fixed. I have checked it on my side, and everything is a lot faster! :)

Excellent. I have a tester review for you full of comments and screenshots. One of which was about how slow and laggy the site is now. I'll send it to you.
