So I was going to wait for my end of month review before bringing this to the community and dont want to hijack a competition thread but seeing as its been raised here goes.....
I am obviously in the same position.
Have been playing slots for about 2 years and in that time have had a few issues with some casinos (mostly not CM accredited) who used this excuse to delay, cancel withdrawals and account/s and block bonuses. All of these seem to have done it when I have been on a winning streak or have been taking a few quid here and there.
Then I found Casinomeister and my world of slots became much clearer and, by using the accredited casinos, much fairer.
To be honest I thought I was passed this kind of practice now and did not expect this from Trada who are so well loved and respected by the community.
In short, Trada sent bonus offers or offered them everyday, upon login.
I took said bonus offers because they were offered.
You ban me from bonus offers because I took them.
You also blocked my account and CS told me my account was closed following a management decision - I opened a convo on here and it seems my account was accidentally blocked and I am just excluded from bonuses. Had I not been a member of CM would my account have been permanently closed?
Heres an idea - dont offer bonuses to individuals if you dont want people to take them. People do not get an offer and think 'I wont take that because I have had too many'. It would be prudent and much better customer service to expect every offer you promote to be taken.
Would it not be fair also to highlight some kind of limit or tell people before the fact or at least send an email from CS saying slow down on the bonuses and more straight deposits please? I feel like I had no way of knowing this was going to happen. Had I known, I would have played a bit more like you want me to play.
This kind of vague ruling defies logic but for one reason I can think of and please correct me if I am wrong- it can be used at any time to get rid of a player who has taken the offers you have promoted. It feels sneaky to be frank. Somebody in your company has looked at my account and taken the decision to do this and I would like to know on what specific basis or criteria so I can avoid upsetting another casino by doing something I didnt know was wrong?
Had exactly the same thing happen to me regarding Trada but I only got as far as one free spins bonus after the opening offer from which I made a nice profit. Most casinos want mug punters (we are all mug punters as we know the slots will always win) but anybody who looks at RTPs or plays high variance waiting for the big one to land will be flagged up and banned soon enough. The bonuses are the bait to catch the fish like us who enjoy taking bonuses as often we are on a small budget and like a run for our money,or at least I do anyway.
