has alli finally found his scoring boots and got his form back, he was a ff certain pick 12 months ago but he was rank most of last year.
Yes, the git has put the knife in us, though hope springs eternal

I should have found a place for matt richie, good crosses, takes most set pieces and gets a few goals every year,
Kane always delivers.
He will be in the top 3 point scorers at the end of the season, I am sure of that.

But Mane defo is a good alternative.

Yeah I will put him in at some point, just feel he will be a bit jaded at the moment against fresh defenders

where was Trippier? Was he not even in the squad today?
And Bonatini? (Wolves)..I was tipped off to take this guy in as a cheap but reliable striker.

Ah well, 24 points so far and I am always a slow starter. :D

So everyone's up in arms about McManaman. Is there not the merest chance he meant their style of play/ their survival chances or anything football- related?

No we'll just take the lowest common denominator: McManaman doesn't like Wolverhampton Wanderers and probably never has

God bless the internet :laugh::laugh::laugh:

maybe mcmanaman was on the receiving end of a steve bull tackle 20 years ago? As an old armchair liverpool fan from the 80s, the 'spice boy' generation continue to embarrass.
You sayin' McManaman doesn't look cool in his suit??

Golly, didn't Liverpool do well!

Title challengers?.....

I woulnd't go that far yet. While the result was satisfying, we can play alot better than we did. The goals were tap ins from crosses along the box that West Ham really should have been dealing with; not to mention Mane being offside for his second.

All in all I'm happy, but we need to keep the consistency that we lacked last season and get more wins at Anfield than we did also. 7 draws at home last year I believe.

If the Arsenal and City game has a winner with less than 4 goals, then I'd be happy with just ending the league now and announing Liverpool as the winners if everybody else is cool with it :D

After this last transfer window most supporters would take that. But to be fair there was a lot to like about yesterdays performance

I've always had a soft spot for Newcastle. Was always nervous playing them back in the mid 90's with all those 4-3 games.

Then I met a couple of Geordie lads in Scotland when I was 17 (And spent everday drinking shitty cider with them) and never met a more sound bunch of fellas, that strenghted my fondeness of them.

Now you have Benitez and that seals the deal. Officially my second favourite team. I'd be really delighted for Rafa and Newcastle to make it into Europe

Most would agree Liverpool had the most frightening attack last season with the old Firminho/ Mane/ Salah and whoever else banging goals in for fun.

I saw those home draws against beatable opposition and winced like everyone else. Teams would sit back at Anfield and park the bus, kinda bad news for a high-pressing counter- attacking team!

Least here Liverpool have shown some intent and can break those sort of teams down now. I like what Klopp is building there :D

Yea I think those parked bus teams had Mourinho on the phone to thier managers the day before on how to stop us :p

I think/hope the addition of Kieta and Shaq can help us unlock those teams :)

I really like the look of Keita, in a footballing sense of course

Saw the few brief glimpses in the WC, he looks what Liverpool need, some dynamism in midfield. Didn't look like you'd get him for a while though, with the medical seemingly never going through :eek2:

shaq attack , he's got the strangest body shape of a footballer but can conjure a bit of magic out of nothing
He looks like a squashed goomba from Super Mario Bros but has legs like tree trunks.

A shrewd purchase by Klopp, will be good to give Salah a breather in cup competitions
