Last Football Manager I played, Lovren was great at most things rated out of 20 (20 being best).....

Lovren's Concentration though, was '9'

Composure, '7'

So good defender, that when not beaten by his marker will just clear the ball into Row Z in a panic, or slip over in the penalty area when in possession, committing handball in the process

Mourinho at Madrid was unreal, they were banging the goals in at record pace. He's had a lot to sort out post- Van Gaal. Not to mention retirees like Carrick and washouts like Rooney....it's gonna take another season or two to challenge, so he won't get sacked, he may just jump ship to be honest.
