And there we are. Shame....
New site needs tarting you a little. Can you customise colours to make it all the Trada colour scheme. The purple buttons need to go.
The promotion page has 2 welcome offer banners . Identical apart from the extra text underneath....Not totally clear which applies.

Is it 10 spins? 110 spins? 10 for sign up and 100 with a deposit? Perhaps I’m just being a dumb ass.
£3.99 a spin max during wagering feels like an amount set as a trap, to those who don’t know how upstanding and honest Trada casino is.
Plus the T&C's state
50%
All Netent games
I don't see how the banner on the first page is ASA compliant, stating 25x wagering then having a massive list of games that make it 50x or higher is misleading.
Easy to miss that specific term if you are not up on your game providers.

I think given the amount of issues and coupled with the bad reputation AG hold, Trada should, at the earliest opportunity be looking at moving to a new platform.
I must have missed Tradas post about the deposit fees they were introducing
Daniel: there's a deposit charge of 2.5%
Colin: is that on all payment methods? Including ewallets? How about withdrawal fees please?
Daniel: yes Colin that applies on all deposit methods
And there we are. Shame....

They are not allowed to offer a 91.25% RTP under the MGA licence. I am surprised that the UKGC allows it though.
Here's what I get for BOD

Well, I certainly didn’t require my account to be closed.

Trada really should have to go through the BFF again in my view, almost everything people voted on back then has changed, payout times, costs, deposit fees, customer support, games etc, and not one for the better.
That is a pretty fair suggestion IMO. ...
Well, I've just had an extended chat with Conor and I have to retract what I've said above. I think that was too hasty.
IMO the bottom line is that Trada has well earned their Accred status and is fully prepared to meet the challenges that this Aspire thing is going to entail. At the very least they deserve the chance to prove that all is well. And I now think they should be given that chance before anything like a BBF re-do is on the table.
With respect @maxd I disagree. ... For now, I can't see how Trada can be the best rated casino on this respected site. ...
32Red used to be number 1 ...
I understand where you are coming from, especially with the 32Red comparisons, but a closer one would be casinoluck and Eric. If you look through the thread from when they moved to Aspire, some of Eric's early comments were pretty much exactly the same as Conor's on this thread, and he too promised things would get better after the move was settled down. Nothing changed and Eric just stopped responding. Hopefully that doesn't happen here, but history suggests any move to AG does not end well, and despite rep's claims, nothing changes. Eric is still there (as far as I know, and certainly was for a while after he stopped responding to customers) and was a good rep who you had a good relationship with, same as Trada.I hear you, but I still think they deserve a grace period to put things in order. If the results are unsatisfactory then ... Bryan will do what he feels the situation requires.
The 32Red situation was quite different IMO. Yeah they made a few changes we weren't too keen on, and they slipped in ranking because of it. Then 32Red sold and the team of principles that we'd had a relationship with for years eventually all took their leave. In other words the access we had was gone and thus, sadly, the game had fundamentally changed.
That is not the situation at Trada. I'm assured the team we know and love is still there and going nowhere. As always it's the people we work with that make the difference and those people are still there, so we'll continue to work with them unless/until there is some compelling reason why we can't and to date there is no evidence of that.
I should make it perfectly clear that none of this is my call. Bryan makes the Accreditation decisions and it'll be his call, as always, on these matters including Trada. Feel free to give your thoughts, as you have been, but remember that Bryan is calling the shots on this, not me.

... history suggests any move to AG does not end well, and despite rep's claims, nothing changes. ...
EDITED: To clarify, *we do* not charge a fee on deposits & never will. If anyone was mistakenly charged a fee overnight I’ll refund it.
Why are people's accounts locked is this due to the other casinos in the group if so I will not reopen my account if it means being bombarded by Karamba day and night again.Hi All,
We’re still here! Please give us a chance to get things up and running properly. As you can see there were teething issues overnight and I can assure you we are working on all of them right now.
Any server errors/balance issues etc are currently being investigated and the issues with image size are being dealt with later today (for some reason the mobile site is calling the desktop imagery).
If you have any account specific issues please PM me and I’ll have them looked into immediately.
Conor and I are still here to help so please give us the opportunity to do that for you.

Thanks,

Karamba is Aspire? I never registered for any AG casino but I still keep getting Karamba spam, never bothered to actually search for the casino. Why are people's accounts locked is this due to the other casinos in the group if so I will not reopen my account if it means being bombarded by Karamba day and night again.

Looks like I am not playing at Trada then as I will not reopen my Karamba account they even sent me mailings after I have self excluded from them which is disgusting and they told me that it was because it takes time to update their systems, no if you self exclude all communications should have stopped. This is a known issue and we’re working on it now. It will be sorted soon.
If you’re self excluded on another brand in the group then you cannot play at TradaCasino. If you are not self-excluded elsewhere, having your account at TradaCasino doesn’t mean that you’ll be opted into communications from other brands on the platform.
Rachel.

What we are seeing now moving forward is a new casino carrying the Trada name, so none of the old criteria really applies now IMO.
Except you can't play on it if you have been bothered by the other casinos in the group and had to exclude from them for immoral marketing.Based on what? The same people are there. The same commitment to the players. I've confirmed all of that myself this morning.
I see no grounds to say this is not the casino that passed BBF and received Accreditation.

I see no grounds to say this is not the casino that passed BBF and received Accreditation. The platform changed because Aspire bought their previous platform. That is not a voluntary move on Trada's part IMO, that's making the best of a change in supplier.
I repeat, they deserve their chance. Several chances actually given what we know of the people involved. If those people weren't still there this would be a whole different thing IMO. But they are still there, it was their hard work and good actions on behalf of their players that got Trada where it is. I'm not about to support a call to burn their house down because the platform changed, at least not without good proof that that change both harms the player and is beyond repair by the people at Trada.
Certainly a review of the factors contributing to their current rating sounds reasonable, I think even they'd agree with that ...
... surely their score should be reviewed ...
And that's grounds to strip them of their Accreditation? I think not.
