Hello Tony here

I am the original founder and person responsible for setting up Tradacasino. I am originally from South Africa but I live in Dublin now.

I moved from the mobile phone industry to the casino industry and I believe that gaming is going to become more and more mobile.

I'd find it very helpful (and not just for your casino), is a list of accepted countries was easier to find from the homepage. I hate trawling through piles of terms only to find out my jurisdiction (Canada in my case) is not accepted, or bonus eligible.

Often players wonder about the unusual names of online casinos... does Trada mean something?

I agree this name is unusual and it does not mean anything (that I know of).

Originally I launched an airtime auction application in South Africa called trada.net. Users can bid on auctions and win airtime. We wanted a short name and trada was chosen here.

We decided to follow on the theme and tradacasino was born.

It is unusual but it is short and different. Our character is called Trad and he is there to help with any queries or he sometiimes sends out emails etc.

I would love to open up Canada but Viaden said that they got a professional opinion and were told not to allow Canada. This is something I am not too happy with and I have asked numerous times to get it changed.

Yes i also have waited a while to try these slots, was happy to finally be able too: found a no deposit bonus to check it and in retrospect am happy i did that, and didn't put in my own cash cause like Dipity,, i was surprised to see the high min bets.

I also noticed that from my country, the reels were spinning excruciatingly slow, might have been a bad day due traffic, yet that put me off a bit: still good to see new software (to me at least) and involved reps/managers like Viktar, Tom and Tony,

Tradacasino and MonacoAces are 2 totally separate casinos both running on Viaden software.

I cannot speak on behalf of MonacoAces but as part of the process of selecting Viaden software, we also selected Viaden to provide our Customer Support. Viktar is the manager in charge of our Customer Support.

We use a corporate service provider for our accounting and compliance requirements. Our registered office address is the address of this corporate service provider. I hope that answers your questions.

Can I ask, is there any reason you're not listing the RTP for the slots on the help file pages?

At Monaco Aces (running the same Viaden slots), the RTP is listed on an individual slot-by-slot basis on the game's help files page, which I think is a very nice, transparent touch.

This appears to be fairly recent. Monaco Aces used to accept Canada IIRC.

EDIT: I just checked their website and they added Canada at the very bottom of their "restricted countries" list.
