Hi,
I hope this is ok since this is my very first post (I did read the rules ).
So here goes. I have been playing at Crystal Palace for a while and really enjoy thier games. I have won and withdrawn once or twice before with no problem. Of course, I gave that back and then some. It's just fun to cash out once in a while to see if you can, cause we all know it goes right back if you really like the casino and the games.
I am straying...so sorry..
Anyway, the reason I am asking if its too soon to worry is that I cashed out on the 16th of September, knowing it takes 4-7 days for it to be processed per thier T&C (a little long I say, but what the heck) and called them today (7th day) to check the status of my withdrawal (I want to play some more at Crystal Palace with these funds) cause I do love thier games and to reverse a withdrawal, it would take an additional 7 days to process the withdrawal again..didn't want to wait that long reason I didn't reverse any of it and you can't make a deposit while waiting for a withdrawal.
They said (customer service) that it has not been processed yet and it will be another few days....hmmm... red flags started flying around in my mind..am I being overly sensitive or does this not bode well for me since I had never had a problem before?
I asked what the problem was and why its taking so long and he replied there is no problem..I pressed a little harder and he finally says that the accountants are backed up a bit and haven't gotten to my withdrawal in the "queue" yet and yes, he sees my request.
OK, the alarms are ringing now.....I asked just when, might I expect this withdrawal to be processed and he said give it a few more days..well, with the weekend coming up once again...that will make it 9 days and counting, and since he also said they DO NOT work weekends....10 and counting...
Don't these casinos understand, the faster they process the cashout request, the faster they get thier money back plus some?
I have e-mailed Oliver Curran twice now with no response.
Any input would sure be appreciated.
Thanks....
