Dont really wanna complain yet but whats up with those guys....

Made withdrawals (1800 $) May 10th.
Security Documents Requested on 12th.
Mailed da stuff on 13th.
Was pretty much impressed that they accepted the documents 5 hours later.

Now its May 17th and im still waiting for the money.

I am sure that handling a withdrawal request to a Neteller account is highly sophisticated business but thats way outside their 48 hour processing timeframe....

I know many of you bitch about Jackpot Factory but they always paid me within 5-10 hours (after the 24 hours withrawal period) and by the way never requested any documents.

Anybody noticed Rival completely (Casinos, rivalpowered.com, tiv.com, slotocash.com,....) going offline yesterday for 2-3 hours.
Pros at work!

Whatever...

Rant over. Bernds out.

Fully agree with you Mr B.

Had the same problems.

i opened a TIV account recently and managed to w/d $2200. Have not been asked for documents but money not in Neteller account yet. This is from over a week ago now. Guess they are still having the problems that Rival were having a couple of weeks ago.

I really love the games over there, but waiting so long for a simple Neteller withdrawal, I just couldn't take that. For me 48 hours (excl. weekends) is the longest I'm prepared to wait for a cash-out.

I may be a bit spoiled here though; 3Dice pays me instantly, Ladbrokes' "up to six hours" feels like a lifetime, and Virgins' 24 hours is about as close as you can get to an eternity :p
And should I hit a really BIG ONE, I know I'll get all my money in a single transaction.

Hope you get your money real soon guys!

Freddy

What about those people who had larger withdrawal whom were supposed to get paid on weekly basis?
Are they too experiencing this kind of delays?

I had a cash out last weekend @ TIV for 500.00 ( Sat ) was in my QT account on Monday. I dont know if neteller w/d take longer.

Kakata, I believe this question was directed at me based on your prior visitor message. That said, large is a relative term but if you are referring to the amounts of my casino cash account balances that ranged multiple times from over $20K to $40K plus that TIV in summary would only allow $4K to be removed/flushed (has nothing to do with being paid but a rogue and unethical tactic--that is not a term/condition or even a policy in writing--possibly in violation of responsible gaming to induce the player to play back his winnings, much worse of an inducement than the reverse withdrawal......and John can not even refrain from later puting his foot in his mouth) per week from my casino cash account balance then I prefer to request that you reread the TIV thread as the answer to your question is there. All I can do is post facts and my opinion here. Of course I have no legal recourse against TIV (who continues to violate their own TandC's despite the welcomed visits by John that imo trivializes and redirects TIV's on going actions as I am aware of another respected member of this forum who has not posted to date that experienced delayed payment problems also this week at TIV) but I do intend another type of legal recourse that I commenced yesterday fwiw....too bad "gambling aka gaming" I guess in the best interest of commerce rather than the player's has a new definition.:rolleyes::rolleyes: I will expand in another post.

Only one real reason I am aware of that Vinylweatherman has posted many times about (not specifically to TIV iirc but multiple casinos) and if it applies to TIV then speculation of a "cash flow" issue would be reasonable.

Nash,

I know I am a bit slow in understanding some posts, but with this newest post of yours, I, as usual, see not facts, but innuendos not supported by posted facts. Hints, bits of possible slander, sour grapes, I am really not sure what I see, but no facts. As for opinion, it is really hard for someone like me to see "your opinion", as you rant and ramble, going off in so many directions at once, I need a Nash dictionary to translate.

As in the past, you seem to jump in, bash and insinuate and then disappear. I, and possibly some others at Casinomeister, would for once like to see an entire story, start to finish from you, with complete facts to back up your claims and comments. Maybe then you would be accorded some credibility.

It says a lot, IMO, for the casino managers and others, that they have the patience and common sense to ignore you and your posts. I guess I am flawed in that respect. I am impatient to, for once, know and understand what your honest problem is on one of your ranting complaints. Just like the last time, Bryan requested a simple response in a basic, easy to read and understand format, and never got it from you. You dissembled in a post or two, and then nothing. Please take pity on some of us slower minds and fill us in completely for once.

With All Due Respect,

Jod

Sure, Kakata....I will PM you this afternoon!

Nash,

Forgive me, I do not believe I am doing anything more than asking for explanations about your prior post. Dissembling, as you are attempting to do, does nothing to answer my valid question about asking for an understanding and explanation of what you are saying in your public post, which is in this thread. Is that not why you posted it here, because it belongs in this thread?
I truly would like to understand.

And no, Bryan never gave me a warning to not ask questions of another member here. And, I have no idea what he might have warned you about.

Sincerely,

Jod

I'm actually on the edge of my seat right now anxiously waiting to see what the response is this time from another in a long series of Rival excuses for slow payment processing, maybe they will have some newly formatted answer this time that has not been used recently as to processor troubles...

Well it looks like all is not completely well yet at Rival in regards to payment issues.

After being told this week that my cashout could not be flushed at TIV (red flag for a start), I enquired as to why this was the case. Support stated they were unable to flush due to 'technical difficulties' - OK, I decided to be patient and wait the 24 hours. I was then told after not being paid when expected that there were 'delays due to other players still to be paid as a result of the previous delays' and that I would expect to be paid by the end of the week.

Not this little black duck.

I emailed and stated I was a VIP player and it should make no difference whether someone else has or hasnt been paid, and that if Rival was serious about catching up with payments they would employ extra staff AND keep their account dept open during the weekends. I just cant understand why they wouldnt work over the weekends to get it all sorted out......unless there is another reason we dont know about.....but thats just speculation.....

Anyway, what do you know - I got paid.

Rival have really handled this very badly IMO.

This payment issue has been dragging on for a very long time. When I hear that they are 'catching up with payments' but that the 'current delays are due to other players due to be be paid due to previous delays', I can only speculate that they do not have enough funds to pay all players simultaneously. They have been given all the time in the world to clear the backlogs. Apparently they havent. Would they be willing to risk the damage to their image rather than asking their staff to work overtime to clear this mess. Yes, we can only guess.

Nifty, I am glad you got paid though. Hopefully, this applies for all others.

Well, my guess is that they are clearly underfunded...I mean how many winners do they really have to pay out anyway, are there that many players that are winning and also cashing out too...here's a polish joke...

How many Finance guys does it take to pay a Rival customer...LOL

Hi i am sorry to hear there is cashout problems at tiv again, I have a cashout processing at cocoa since just before the weekend fingers crossed that the whole group is not suffering from the same old story.

Just a thought as we all love the games at rival does this leave us just playing at slots off fortune as there not in the same group.

Glad to hear I'm not alone, I've had a Neteller withdrawal pending from DVG since the 7th May. I was told to expect it early next week, so I'm hoping that it will be paid then.

They've put it down to processor issues which I told them is beginning to wear thin, so hopefully this week I will manage to get it.

Will post again when this issue is resolved and I receive the withdrawal.

Hi again, I know another group that gives out plenty off free chips and nice deposit bonuses and are very slow on paying.

Funny that.. :what:

..................if anyone has a right to rant it should be nash as im sure if you have been keeping up with the posts on(" casinomeister") you would know that he indeed got a royal screwing by not having his winnings flushed, maybe if it had been you and not nash going thru this, youd be singing a different tune, and btw nash is a very respected member here on casinomeister and imho i think you are trying to bait him and thats not right jod.....................................laurie

This reminds me of a story my grandfather used to tell. He owned a floor covering store in America back in the '70s. He had a customer come in and look at a certain tile which was selling for $1 per sq foot.

The guy said "The guy down the street is only charging 75 cents for the same tile"

My grandfather said "So buy them from him."

The guy said "but they're out of it"

My grandfather said "oh! When I'm out of it, I sell it for 60 cents!"

Point is, it doesn't matter what they're selling or how well they dress it. If they can't deliver the goods - ie timely payments in full!, then they're not worth much.

Dear Laurie,

So sorry you feel the need to attempt to chastise me. You, just like everyone else here, are entitled to your opinion.

Please forgive me if I do not agree with your point of view. It has absolutely no value to me.

Your post, and now my response, should probably be considered truly a derail, as Nash is fond of pointing out whenever someone has a desire to ask him pertinent questions about his posts.

Now, should we let these folks get back to their posting about slow payouts?

................jod, im not the type to chastise but one who just calls it as she sees it.i did not mean to derail but to merely remind you that nash's post did have merit, just as the other forum members here who have not been paid yet or are still waiting. i am on this forum daily and read almost everything posted, so i am aware of whats going on with this subject as well as other threads...........................laurie:)

Hi Jod,

I also read your ealier post in this thread. Actually, if you can spare the time to read all of Nash's posts on his feud with TIV, you might sympathise with him. I hate to say so but we might as well be aiming all our guns towards TIV or rather most of the Rival casinos at the moment as they seem to have plenty hidden. The have not solved the delayed payment problem as promised and their posts these days have been far and between (probably due to the negative sentiment here though).

One observation I have is that Nash's posts are sometimes a bit long-winded. Hope you dont mind Nash.:D:D

I dont think its a money issue with DVG. I cashed out there a week or so ago to my e wallet and it was paid in a day.
