TiV Withdrawal is Processing... Processing... Processing...

I am in total awe of the slow payment problems. I for one have not had one problem cashing out and getting my money quickly. I have cashed out at both Divinci and TIV and money was in my QT account in 2 days. maybe its because I'm a low roller my cash outs have been fairly small ( 500.00 @ TIV and 150.00 @ Divinci) I am very worried about the threads of slow payments.

Contacted TiV-Support yesterday and got the answer that Neteller withdrawals are delayed at the moment because of technical problems.
Also told me that I will be paid at the end of the week.

So lets wait and see...

Hmmmm....the plot thickens. I had a withdrawal a few days ago & received the money through neteller yesterday. That is the usual timeframe for me.

Standard - 2 days to process it from the sites end - 4-24hrs to end up in my account. This is from several different sites.

It's fair enough for them to take a couple of days to do their checks, but once sent, its sent. It doesnt sit in transit for long.

I have a feeling I am missing something. Am I?

Just a quick update to let you know that my withdrawal from DVG was paid early this morning exactly 3 weeks after flushing account.

This is the longest time frame I have ever had to wait for a Neteller withdrawal,hope all of those who are still waiting will be paid asap, without ulterior delays.

Apologies for the delays, I think this covered 7 or 8 Rival casinos using the Pantasia.com processor. For players that had to endure longer than expected cashin times I recommend asking that Rival casino in question to see what they can do to compensate for the problems. For the support team reading this you can get me back for that later.

At this moment the issues seem to be mostly Neteller and was told they expect to be caught up this week.

After that I know players are going to try to read into my statements and jump on me like they exposed something but I won't stick around to argue for no reason if I just end of up repeating myself. I really can't comment on the problems other than to say they are growing pains that happen with more players on board. Yes some players are leaving because of the problems and that is expected but the problems are being fixed and more people are being hired.

Well, better late than never...

Only setback is that they only cashed out 4 of my 5 withdrawals which means there are still 190$ out of 1800$ missing.
Maybe their weekly payout fund depleted while processing my incredibly huge withdrawals

So good luck to you other guys still waiting

For the record i cashed out from TIV to my e wallet on friday and money was in my account this morning (and my ewallet doesnt process deposits on weekends according to what i have been told). I have had zero problems with delayed payments from TIV, DVG and Cocoa in the last couple of weeks so i am baffled at why i am having no problems.

Whatever i am happy to report my withdrawals are going smoothly. (Just wish there were more of them )

Or maybe the $190 was a service charge (like 888) for your funds to be held in the account for so long.

I like "rivals" casinos and play all of them. Made only 1 sucsessfull withdraw in cocoa 2 month ago with no problerms. 2 weeks ago had another withdrawal request, and after some lame excuses (it should be on my acount in 2 days, and it was on my first withdraw).
Then i asked for another free chip ( got one free for 20$ after one week waiting withdraw, Good gesture ) or reverse my 80$ and top it with nice bonus, to compensate for problems with withdraw. ( lost bonus $ in a flash )
All i got was my money reversed, and info about that issue. No apollogies, excuses..........they didn't even bother to gave me bonus to compensate troubles, or whatever....
Anyway, signed up in Platinum Play, deposited 40€. got 100% bonus, made playthrough, was even close to 3k, Then made withdraval for 1000€ and got it within 24 hours. Without pending, processiung, and those shit..........
Same day also tryed to withdraw in Casino Tropez, where i got also to 1000€, but reversed as 4 days pending and possibility to withdraw was too much. reversed and lost......As much as i played Tropez i play joyland also. And one is acredited, other is rouged. Really for me , the only difference so far is that Joyland had beter bonuses. In both i came close to withdraw, but didn't sucssed.....go figure....maybe one would eventually payout, other wont. Don't think will go so far toi find out. When i eventually win something, to wait 4 or more days?!?! WTF............don't give me bullshit that you had to process, check, recheck....all that is bs, casinos know why they take 4 days prtocesin....Hope acredited casinos here would have 2 days max withdraw period or smthng like that......who wants to wait a week for winings???

Great- I have a pending cashout from one of these casino's also.They were quick to say they are having problems with Neteller.
They did request identification from me- I sent in my licence, util's bill and I had to sign my CC transactions, They did not email me telling me the documents were accepted- I had to go to live chat and then get told I need to submit more.
Why at the time they accepted my documents did they not email me requesting more.
I feel these are stall tactics on there behalf, The funny thing was I asked all of this on live chat to only get brushed off and the operator left the chat.
I just want my money and then I'm done with this place.
