Slow Pay titan casino deleyed withdrawal

hi everybody

well I have a quick question. I played at titan casino- won. several times they processed my withdrawals without a problem, total a mount about 2500 eur. but 2 days ago they said , that they need the copy of ID, credit card and address confirmation. First to things went ok, but at the first point they said they do not see the utillity bill logo. So I scanned it once again and sent it. It is almost 24 hours they got- still did not get the email about processed withdrawal. I wonder, what happens now... I still have more then 4000eur to withdraw...
Any ideas...

The same thing happened to me at Winner Casino. They said my address wasn't on the bill. That wasn't true the address was at the top

You could send the rep on this forum a PM. Hopefully you'll get a response. Hope they pay you

Stick to the accredited list of casinos. That's what I've learnt. They are accredited for a reason. The only time I've ever had an issue is when I've strayed from that list

got an email, that all is verified, but the withdrawal has not being prossed yet. now try to reach customers support.

I am not familiar with their normal procedures, but many casino cashier departments do not work weekends. Often on GMT or CET as well for business hours.

Try not to panic.
