I had a similar thing happen about a week ago Cipher. I had played C21 in a few different sessions after I first signed up and is was $1 - $5 then. A couple of weeks later, it changed to $5 - $? (I forget). Odd I thought. Then this past week, it was back down to $1 - $5. I hadn't looked at that game over the weekend, so I'm not sure what its at now, but I wonder if they change it for the weekends or something?

All day Saturday and earlier in the morning on Sunday the wager window was $1-250 but immediately after I finally got an email back from THE COOL CAT CASINO customer service representative regarding the amount I had wagered toward my WR's, the price of Blackjack went up to $5-250 and coupled what really felt to me was a rigged session. In my opinion these people are going to turn into some really bad news.

If it's any help, I originally found that the money I cashed in had been returned to my account because I had not sent in my id proof.
So I emailed it in, they approved it and I did a cashin on April 8th.
The money arrived in my NETeller account today April 19th. I suppose that is inside the 7 working days that they say.

Received a promising email from coolcat stating that the terms that I joined up will be the terms i`m tied into.On the minus side still not been paid and they`ve` had my ID docs since 8th april.

Nice result in the end just been paid out my full cashin,guess if you take the easter holidays into consideration then it was 7 business days in all.Overall my impression of coolcat is this
They have been responsive and courteous to all my emails and chats
They were very clear on whatever the terms are on sign up are the ones you are bound to
On the negative side
Like some other members here did notice the table limits change from $1 min to $5 min
Also if you say do a couple of bets on blackjack then any other game ie)JOB single hand also has a 20 x playthrough,found that particularly annoying.
Would I play there again YES
Would I take a bonus no,not with the harsher T&Cs.
I count myself very lucky to of got in when the terms were more player friendly
