Of course, this is before Andy appears to question whether the Rival rep., Rival and/or BC are all frauds.

An affiliate just happens to mention in the same AGD thread that a couple of other low to mid five figure winners were not paid.

Maybe Walter Mondale should now be declared a past President since Ronald Reagan was born in Canada.

gid88, glad to see some progress is being made with this, even if it's unearthing some info about Rival that will help other players in the future. Of course, getting paid your $80,000 would be nice.

FYI, I (I'm Devon, btw, with encouragement from Christine at Bonus Streak) advised the OP to make a PAB at CM. We did not instruct him to create this thread, although it's good to see other things are coming out of this. Sorry for the initial confusion.

I feel like such a newbie - this is my second post. It's good to be here amongst such a sharp and active community. Looking forward to more.

He was actually given access to the software code itself...which tells you how much he was respected and trusted. No one is given access to code that I know of. Enjoy!!

I once posted that it seemed unusual for John Wright (who I have forgiven personally but that is it) to be both the casino and affiliate manager of TIV. I suspected he actually owned and/or still owns (per se) TIV along with eventually other casinos. This may indirectly have created some of the backlash with his former colleagues.

Well with the inconsistencies in the opening post. These may seem very minor and "nit-picking" to some, but for me they start to ring some alarm bells.
First:

Has ANYONE else seen this slot allow $50 bets at any casino?

Something a little bit fishy about this story - but anyway, that's all irrelevant since the reason for withholding the winnings is due to "credit card fraud" at another casino.
If this player is a serial fraudster (history of multiple charge-backs) then I agree the casino could be justified in closing the account until any deposits are fully cleared and un-reversible. But I can't agree with keeping the winnings on these grounds.

The only way forward IMHO is Pitch-a-Bitch and then be VERY patient!

Interestingly, i've received a number of emails from ex Sloto, Rival and TIV casino employees who have passed on some interesting information to me including contact emails and phone numbers of the owners of the various casinos. They aslo made statements to the effect that "manipulation of software" for "high rollers" happens frequently. Disappointing to hear this and I will NEVER GO NEAR a Rival Casino again !!!

The OP PMd me some of what he has, and I can clearly state that I know this "ex-employee" and would trust what this person is saying. Looks like a long day ahead of us

Not putting aside the OP getting screwed here, but in reference to the comments above about possible internal casino manipulation, whatever was the outcome of your investigation Bryan?

That long day you mentioned above turned into 41 long days so far, and no elaboration on these very serious allegations. Internal casino manipulation would be a much more serious offense then the everyday commonly used tactic of just screwing the player out of a cash out. Even if that cash out involved 80K.....
