They stopped paying me!

I have an issue that I don’t know how to resolve. I played an entire group of casinos for a a long time. And then one by one, I won at each casino! At first they paid me a little bit. And then the payments slowed down. “Our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences you have experienced with the delay in getting your withdrawals processed. We are deeply grateful for your patience.”

And then they stopped altogether. The people in the chat told me “your account has been banned since your details were flagged as high risk or fraud by one of our trusted credit card processors.”

The thing that gets me is they let me use those credit cards in the first place, I never had a disputed transaction, and they all paid me a little bit. I just don’t understand what happened! I really get the impression that they just don’t want to pay me!

It was an entire group of casinos. When they told me that my account was banned by their credit card processor, they told me that it applied to all of my accounts. This included Old Havana, Las Vegas USA, Sun Palace. A few more, also.

Ahh.... The Mainstreet group of casinos. They used to be pretty decent a few years ago even with slow payouts taking many weeks to months before they do a cashout. Nowadays, there are better groups out there that will pay you within a week or even near INSTANT! The one thing that made it stood out was that you could use a %300 coupon up to ten times a day over two codes... I did play there over a year ago and I know that I am ahead on Sun Palace, but I really hated the waiting and then... Praying that a cheque would clear!

I suggest that you should change and play at other RTG sites. CasinoMax / Cherry Jackpot and for a casino with INSTANT cashouts depending on the method of deposit... Casino Extreme. Both sites do have coupons, but they are of the "Sticky" kind which means for example... I deposit $25 and it gives me $75 in bonus cash, when I am done the wagering, I leave $75 in the account and cash the rest out.

Thank you both very much. I will first reach out to the rep, and if that fails I will go with the Complaint Service.

I will post next week about what the rep tells me.

Have not heard back from the Main Street rep. I sent a second request today. If he doesn’t get back to me in the next several days, I will learn about the arbitration procedure and proceed with that here. Thank you all for your kind advice.

Have not heard back from the Main Street rep. ...

FWIW they can be a little "here today gone tomorrow" at times. In other words their responsiveness is not always as forthcoming as many of us would like it to be.

You hear from them yet? I'd confront them at a conference if you don't

Well, he finally replied!! While he was sympathetic, the answers that he gave me made absolutely no sense. I would copy it onto here, which would let you decide for yourselves, but I intend to go through with the arbitration, and I think I need to be quiet on here according to the arbitration rules :) I haven't filed an arbitration, but I would rather err on the safe side....

Sounds like a good idea, best to follow the rules to prove they're in the wrong otherwise they might use that against you
