I went through a bit of this confusion with their sister site Shazam Casino last night with the verification form. I deposited by Bitcoin and want to withdraw the same way. The verification form was standard but asked for BTC Wallet. Asked chat what that meant and they said the deposit address would be different but withdrawal would always be the same. So I went to my Blockchain wallet, request, and gave them that number as an example and asked if she meant that. She didn't come back after 10-15 minutes so I put that number on the faxback form and sent it. No approval yet but why would they send the money to the same address over and over?
