At present, no. But what's next, "Baptism by Fire"???
I just heard their goal is the Casino of the Decade award in 2020.

They are not seeking accreditation, they want out of the Rogue Pit!
With all due respect to you and the MANY others who have grave concerns because of this group's decidedly soiled past I have to ask this: are you sure you're not just shouting "Burn the witch!"
If these guys are still the rogues the once were then where is the evidence? Does anyone have recent verified cases of the old Virtual tricks? If yes, great!, let's share facts. If no ... isn't the point of naming the rogues the hope that they'll reform and clean up their act? And when they do, or there is good reason to believe they have?
The point of criminal charges is not to brand someone for life and to condemn them to unending punishment. The point is reform, and readmittance once they do. Without that opportunity, the chance to rejoin civilised company, the condemned have little reason to improve their behaviour and better themselves.
Sorry for the philosophy but IMO that's pretty much what this issue boils down to.
they sent out multiple free chips codes to players try to broke the rules
of the worst for a decade at least, and they really have to do more than just 'pay the player' to change my opinion about them.
I mean, they are (were) the worst spammers out there, they invented PHONESPAM for gawd sake.
How many people had to change their phonenumber in the past because they got called 3 times a day with stupid bonusoffers? And it was a tape, so you could not even shout at the guy (forgot his name, I'm sure Chayton knows).
I know I had to change my phonenumber many years ago because they kept calling me in the middle of the bloody night, at least 4 times a week!!![]()
the roguest of the rogues on probation?
Something like Robert DiAngelo?
I hear what you are saying but it's not unheard of for the once badder than bad to clean things up. I'm not promising that Virtual is all good now or any such thing, I'm just saying that the recent evidence seems to indicate a HUGE decrease in player issues. If that's true then ....
The example I have in mind is Kahnawake. Once upon a time I would have happily used bog roll with their name on it because that's about all they were good for, but that was back in the day. Now, with their "new" management and Complaints team -- we're actually several years into this now -- they are one of the best licensing juridictions in the business. I'm not exaggerating! VERY few juristictions -- in other words "none" -- offer the same level of player complaints accountability and resolution results that Kahnawake now does. So that's serious and meaningful reform over the space of a few years, and many thousands of players are MUCH better off because of it. It does happen. Not often I'll admit, but the possibility is there.
So why couldn't it happen with Virtual? I hear a lot of people remembering they were the shitty end of the stick but I don't hear many people looking forward and asking what possibilities there are for real change to happen, or have happened. If we'd never taken a leap of faith with Kahnawake I believe players would have been worse off because of that scepticism. Mightn't the same be true here? I think there's a chance that it might. And if we never give them the chance -- okay, the THIRD chance -- then who's to blame if they never actually do come out from the shadows?

Well I kind of need a new place to play
Maybe they will make me VIP on my first deposit since I'm giving them a chance to make me happy
......someone has to test the waters. If I'm not mistaken, if they don't receive any legit complaints in that time frame they come off probation. I think.![]()
All withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 7 to 10 business days of your request. Your payment will be made within 10 to 14 business days after approval."
So a week or more to be approved and up to 2 weeks to get paid. So if you look at the worst case scenario: you play and win and then wait the maximum 24 days, then you get an excuse or two that stalls you for a week, so then you decide to PAB....guess what? Their 30 day probation period has already passed.
30 days probation just isn't long enough IMO. Maybe 90 days. If they can go three months without complaints, then I'd say ok, let them out of the pit.
But personally with terms like that I'd probably never play there even if they weren't in the pit. I have a hard time waiting over a weekend for a cashout!
more ridiculous than that is "we are proud to offer prompt payouts" (24 business days) lol
and if you do not login during 6 consecutive month, your money will be out, not refunded, it will be a donation that you make to them
