On Probation The Virtual Casino Group and Ace Revenue

I like them!

I played these casinos for many many years until I was bonus barred. I liked them very much. Yes, they were very slow pay, but the promotions were fabulous, and I always received EVERY PENNY from them. I felt I knew the deal, great promotions (unmatched anywhere) and slow pay. Yes, I called and emailed and chatted quite often, but in the end, I always got paid. That's what you get for 300% no wagering the 100% cashable blackjack bonuses (this was years ago) for big deposits from the hosts.

Like I said, I've ALWAYS gotten paid in full every penny, and I was once owed well over $25,000 by the group.

If they let me back with promotions, I'd be playing there today for sure.

Just my two cents and experience with them. They are what they are, and I like them!

ace revenue on probation? im out to "prob" them again
will not toch there even if they pay me to do it.

Yes I had to borrow someone's glasses to read this just to make sure my eyes were not fooling me.

I have seen write-ups of these casinos taking long periods of time to pay, and having to get reps involved to get paid this year.

I have also just recently heard a rumor elsewhere that other forums are also being asked to take on this group.

I really don't think they can be trusted. I have not seen anything out there to show they have changed, I see nothing but the same. Who knows this could be a ploy to increase those deposits.

Bryan said they were guilty by association with Virtual Group, but Virtual Group is also now on probation.

The groups will probably pass probation because I assume no one will play which means there wont be any complaints.

some T & C´s.

1-"Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus." -

but they send players several consecute free chips, so its easy to broke, because its they offer.

2-"We contribute to and make use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers. Individuals known from this database to only make use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds will not be eligible for these promotional offers."

so they share your info.

3-"If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company. All accounts that are inactive for a 6 month period will be deemed to be inactive and will be closed."

so, if you do not login during 6 month, your money will not be refunded to your deposit method and account closed, it will be like a donation to them.

4-"Silver Oak Casino prides itself on providing prompt payouts. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 7 to 10 business days of your request. Your payment will be made within 10 to 14 business days after approval."

7-10 days to aprove and 10-14 days to pay??? (business days only)

this info was on their site (silveroak) today, how its possible these rogue things being in probation??

to be honnest, i would like to know what the rep has to say, specially in relation of "dont login during 6 month and money will stay to the company" and to the "prompt payouts (25 business days)

With all due respect to you and the MANY others who have grave concerns because of this group's decidedly soiled past I have to ask this: are you sure you're not just shouting "Burn the witch!"

If these guys are still the rogues the once were then where is the evidence? Does anyone have recent verified cases of the old Virtual tricks? If yes, great!, let's share facts. If no ... isn't the point of naming the rogues the hope that they'll reform and clean up their act? And when they do, or there is good reason to believe they have?

The point of criminal charges is not to brand someone for life and to condemn them to unending punishment. The point is reform, and readmittance once they do. Without that opportunity, the chance to rejoin civilised company, the condemned have little reason to improve their behaviour and better themselves.

Sorry for the philosophy but IMO that's pretty much what this issue boils down to.

the roguest of the rogues on probation?
like in acerevenue, im out.
rules that hasnt changed.

"The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus."

they sent out multiple free chips codes to players try to broke the rules

"The first stage is getting the withdrawal approved. This will consist of verifying that wagering requirements have been met and that any bonus money has been used properly. The process normally takes approximately 7-10 business days unless approved unless extenuating circumstances occur beyond our control.
Stage two involves processing of the payment. Payment should be sent within 7 business days after approval; however, due to current banking and processing issues in the online gambling community there could be slight delays from time to time."

so they continue taking "7-10 business days to aprove", "7-10 business days to pay after aproval", and can happen some delays from time to time??? more delays than this????

seriously i am not beliving casinos like this can be out of "super-ultra-mega-rogue", and yes, thse rules continues there, i copied them now from their site, about old virtual tricks? i continue receiving free chips every week in my spam messages, yes in 2008 i had tried them (i didnt know what they was in that time) we are in 2013, they did not stop send multiple no deposit bonuses

No, I dont have any proof.
I only know they have been the worst of the worst for a decade at least, and they really have to do more than just 'pay the player' to change my opinion about them.
I mean, they are (were) the worst spammers out there, they invented PHONESPAM for gawd sake.
How many people had to change their phonenumber in the past because they got called 3 times a day with stupid bonusoffers? And it was a tape, so you could not even shout at the guy (forgot his name, I'm sure Chayton knows).
I know I had to change my phonenumber many years ago because they kept calling me in the middle of the bloody night, at least 4 times a week!!:mad:

I'm sorry, I dont have any sympathy for these guys left, they've had more chances to clean up their act than I'm willing to count and screwed up too many times.

Maybe they really changed for the better, I dunno, I hope so, but I know not many ppl here are going to try that out..

I am member of at least 2 casinos there since way back (didnt know back then ) and i still get welcome back free chip (never play it)
but they also state in there mail no 2 free chips in a row allowed, you have to deposit between freebie, and to be honest i see nothing wrong in that.
when ever i get a snail mail from an accredited casinos here with a free chip and a 100% bonus i always deposit with the 100% first then take the freebie :)

did the Chrystal Palace belong to the Virtual group ? if so then i prob with them back in 2006, withdrew $1000but never got paid, as they used the stall tactic, and in the end i played it back after weeks trying to satisfy there docs need without any luck :)

Something like Robert DiAngelo?

the roguest of the rogues on probation?

I hear what you are saying but it's not unheard of for the once badder than bad to clean things up. I'm not promising that Virtual is all good now or any such thing, I'm just saying that the recent evidence seems to indicate a HUGE decrease in player issues. If that's true then ....

The example I have in mind is Kahnawake. Once upon a time I would have happily used bog roll with their name on it because that's about all they were good for, but that was back in the day. Now, with their "new" management and Complaints team -- we're actually several years into this now -- they are one of the best licensing juridictions in the business. I'm not exaggerating! VERY few juristictions -- in other words "none" -- offer the same level of player complaints accountability and resolution results that Kahnawake now does. So that's serious and meaningful reform over the space of a few years, and many thousands of players are MUCH better off because of it. It does happen. Not often I'll admit, but the possibility is there.

So why couldn't it happen with Virtual? I hear a lot of people remembering they were the shitty end of the stick but I don't hear many people looking forward and asking what possibilities there are for real change to happen, or have happened. If we'd never taken a leap of faith with Kahnawake I believe players would have been worse off because of that scepticism. Mightn't the same be true here? I think there's a chance that it might. And if we never give them the chance -- okay, the THIRD chance -- then who's to blame if they never actually do come out from the shadows?

sorry to say but, cool cat casino website now, today, with their "new" management:

Is CoolCat Casino licensed?
Yes, we are completely licensed in Costa Rica and work in conformity with all laws pertaining to online gambling.

info from their site.

When my money is involved, I don't believe in crooks rehabilitation.

Well, slather me with butter and call me a biscuit.

Never thought I'd see this. Guess a leopard can change this spots.

Jury out. We shall see.

Well I kind of need a new place to play
Maybe they will make me VIP on my first deposit since I'm giving them a chance to make me happy :D

......someone has to test the waters. If I'm not mistaken, if they don't receive any legit complaints in that time frame they come off probation. I think

 right after I wrote the above I saw this promotion:

"Deposit $250 or more while redeeming the above coupon code (WELCOME1000) and get INSTANT VIP STATUS and an EXTRA 100% ADDED TO YOUR INITIAL BONUS AMOUNT automatically… that’s 1,000%!"

***I'm not knocking them, just was funny to me***

So a week or more to be approved and up to 2 weeks to get paid. So if you look at the worst case scenario: you play and win and then wait the maximum 24 days, then you get an excuse or two that stalls you for a week, so then you decide to PAB....guess what? Their 30 day probation period has already passed.

30 days probation just isn't long enough IMO. Maybe 90 days. If they can go three months without complaints, then I'd say ok, let them out of the pit.

But personally with terms like that I'd probably never play there even if they weren't in the pit. I have a hard time waiting over a weekend for a cashout!

And what am I greeted with when I wake up but more spam from: Silveroak - enjoy your 25 spins  It is 100% spam because I don't have an account here. Where did they snavel my email from?

These guys suck and are the reason I found Casinomeister in the first place. Took over a month for Slots Maddness to pay me back in August. I had to bug the crap out of them every few days for an update and kept getting the usual BS answers. After a few weeks they got sick of me and sent me to complain at Silver Oak.( I was always polite and said please and thank you) Then when they finally did pay they sent me a check when I specifically asked for a wire during the withdraw process and entered all the banking info.
When I asked why they sent a check instead of sending a wire, I got no response.
They spam me to death on a daily basis. I would never play again before i would deposit with these people.

happy hump day :D

more ridiculous than that is "we are proud to offer prompt payouts" (24 business days) lol
and if you do not login during 6 consecutive month, your money will be out, not refunded, it will be a donation that you make to them

That rule you can find in probably all casinos you play at. Maybe not that they keep it but they will in case they can't reach you...but first they will take a fee for x amounts of month.

What I am most afraid of if they get out of the pit is that all people that plays there, and yes they are many, will come here to complain about slow payments.
If they get out Bryan, you will need to have a big sign when people enter here that says 'Yes, they are slowpaying. No need to complain the first month'
You don't want Max to get hundreds of PAB's more every month because he have enough to do.
