We have quite a few customer service supervisors and a customer service manager, so luckily things aren't all on my shoulders. I also work for the accounting approving documents so have access to send withdrawals via e-wallet accounts also - You know where to find me!
Concerning payouts, you know I've always been honest and upfront about these matters... There is always room for improvement and in the very near future we will have a team double the size we have now working in various departments. We are hiring more and more people as we speak. We of course strive to be the absolute best in the industry and provide the best all-around service available, so I hope that these few cases of not meeting the time frames for payouts will be a thing of the past in the very near future!
