I have had it with King Neptunes:mad:

It used to be good, now BelleRock have taken it over, it has turned to shite.

Last week, my weekend promotion didn't work, and although it was referred to management NOTHING has happened so far:mad:

Now this week - same again, different error message this time.

BelleRock seem to have tampered with the old Trident Lounge claims mechanism,

IT WASN'T *&^% BROKEN!!!!


It is now:mad:

Time to make space on my hard drive, I don't feel CS and management will EVER get it right.

I gave up with the other 4 BelleRock casinos because of constant bad support, now this is number 5 consigned to the recycle bin:mad:


WTF happened to this industry:confused:

I dont have a problem with them now because there is no way my account can be unlocked. After making several deposits and losing they locked my accounts and asked for docs. I sent them thru e-mail 3 times but each time they say the attachments were empty. Strange, this worked fine for all other casinos so they are definitely denying access to my account for a particular unknown reason.

That happens to me often as well. Indeed it is frustrating, and I can't understand why it hasn't been corrected by now.

However, I will say that every time I've asked CS to manually credit the bonus, they do eventually get around to doing it. This week it took just a couple hours, which is unusually quick.

Maybe VWM's rant lit a fire under them.;)
 
That is just unreal.

I may lose to the casino's I frequent but jackpot factory, 3Dice and inetbet are very aware of how to treat the people that pay to play

I tried that last week. Phone was permanently engaged (odd for a call centre:confused:), my Emails were both ignored, and I finally got through on live chat. 45 minutes later, all I could get was it being "referred to management". 5 working days later? Sweet FA has happened:mad:
Come along this weekend, AGAIN it doesn't work, different error this time.

Another 45 minutes on live chat to get it referred to management (or the waste paper basket it seems) - not a chance, forget it.:mad:

Uninstall King Neptune

Install Red Flush (well, they have a rep, and it has NOTHING to do with Casino Rewards' ex staff) Surely can't be any worse.
 
Yes, some time ago King Neptunes, Trident lounge and Vegas USA casinos were some of the best casinos in this industry. But then Belle Rock bought them...Some time ago Bellerock casinos also were very good ones for the players. Everything changed since those days. Their support is almost missing. And also all these casinos request notarized documents from the players who win. Too much troubles.

I was at least spared that. I just needed the usual ID and utility bill, and that cleared me for the whole group.

King Neptunes did completely die for a while, but then woke up & started running promotions, and these were completely separate from those run for the main BelleRock group (which kept on failing). Now, the King Neptune claim system seems somehow to have been absorbed into the main BelleRock system, which means constant failures to accept the codes sent to players, unhelpful error messages, CS that promise something & never follow through, and being unable to even make contact with CS at times.

The BelleRock rep has promised time and time again that these were "teething problems", and they would be sorted out - but here we are two to three years later from when this trouble first started, and if anything, things are slowly getting WORSE, not better.

To be honest, this should not be constantly necessary. The issue is already in the hands of "management", and it is THEY who should be looking into it.

Today, I received yet another reminder, but I am still awaiting some kind of response from two weeks ago, where I sent TWO Emails and spent 45 Minutes on live chat, and all for nothing.

Whatever you do as rep here just does not address the underlying problems. Already other players have jumped in to give their somewhat negative experience.

I will PM you my account number so that you can diagnose what has gone wrong, and why, yet it seems the casino operators ignore your findings, and carry on as before, with the same old problem.

One other thing, WHY is the King Neptune casino STILL promoting the "double your deal" and scoreboard race - this is nearly TWO YEARS OLD!!!!
WHY, again, am I constantly bothered with the pop-under for Trident Lounge each time I try to use the claim form and visit the King Neptunes website, yet Trident Lounge is now closed to new player registrations.
This is simply another example of BelleRock sloppiness. this time in updating websites.
 
Recently I noticed a banner at this website inviting to 1000 free spins at Lucky nugget casino . Guess what they call free spins. They give you 1000 credits to play -that is the right. But you can only win 50 credits bonus from that 1000. And to claim that 50 credits win you must deposit 50 credits of your money. And moreover- if you lose at free play promotion you can deposit 50 and get 50 bonus anyway. What a "great" promotion from Bellerock! And they call it- 1000 free spins lol. If one wants he can get unlimited amount of this kind of free spins- just play in the "for fun" mode.
 
I haven't played with them period since they got bought by Bellerock. Bellerock has such atrocious customer service in my experience, and locked up my accounts immediately preceding a win (funny how I had no problem with them at all until I actually won money).

It's a shame, because King Neptunes and Trident used to be my first two casinos, but the management style at Bellerock is basically inept, again, my opinion only. They've had a number of fiascos on here.

Hi VWM, I had a whole lot of similar issues with said Bellerock who in there wisdom on top of your 100% match pop up and give you an extra 50 to play with????/ This is clearly to make the wagering requirement nigh impossible but on one occasion i deposited 50 and was playing with 150 and managed to get the wagering out of the way with 1200 still in play and lo and behold they locked my account and offered me my 50 back as the i.d they accepted for one casino was no good for this one, yip i also sent it to the recycle bin. By the way what are you waiting for in the slotmeister comp. Are you going to rally in the home straight? lol

Unfortunately, my Niece has been visiting alot in the last few weeks (don't tell sjn;)), and this has lead to quite a few unscheduled interruptions.

I am tempted to try to overcome this problem with a last minute push though:icon_twis

When Micki the CEO of eTrident Group ran these casinos she had her finger on the pulse. There are not many casino managers/owners that I respect but Micki was and will also be one of them in my book :thumbsup:

You need a mistimed feed (their fault), a 24 inch monitor, and Windows Media Player visualisations & music (I used game music, similar to "baby" TV). I get peace, but THEY get a rude awakening at 3am:D
