Casino Complaint Money vanished from my account

    Hello, my name is Ramona and I have huge problem, which i dont know how to solve so im asking for help.

    On monday i registered on Blackjack Balroom casino and won 4000 euros. Since I'm from Croatia, and I came to Germany to earn money for my school, this was my dream come true. :oops: First time playing, and hit the jackpot! :D But i wasnt happy for a long time. DAy after, Around 22, when I came home from work I tried to log in my account, but it says my password was wrong. Tried again and again, but nothing.. I asked for a new password and I started to panic. All day I was thinking only on that money. I even called my parents telling them im moving back home, and quit my job.

    When I logged in my email, I saw 3 emails from Blackjack B. casino. But Dan, the agent, told me there was no password changing requests. (??) And it was around 3 pm. Which was not possible, because I was working 14-22. And also, all my passwords are my names and numbers combo, because its easyer for me to remember them. While I was chatting with Dan, i managed to login to my account, and went to check my account, but money was no longer on my account.
    Dan told me he'll check it out and to wait, and I didnt want to freak out, so I tought maybe the money is on my card already and went to atm to check it. But nothing was on my card either. Who ever reads this, please try to understand me. I may seem arrogant or angry, but i just dont know what to do. From happiest person alive, I think im gonna die in misery if someone doesnt help me. And no one from Ballroom it tring to do that. 3 agents and their risk department told me that they see the problem, and that there is deffinitly sometihing wrong, but wont tell me what. 4000 euros is my year salory. Is double as much as I needed when i moved to germany. But non of them, Nor Dan or his coulegue Guila couldnt tell me where's the problem. And they all just kept transfering me from one to another not telling me anything than we are sorry, and I see the problem. When i ask whats the problem, they cannot say. And also..Woman in risk management was so rude. I sent them mail, explaining everything, and even sent printscreens because there was so many unlogical things (that email for pass change which they cannot see, but its on my account, and game sessions from 13-21, whick i couldnt play, because i was at work, I also sent them my firms login details proving that i was at work.) All they told me was that money is gone, and reversed. If someone even loged into my account, why didnt he took the money to himself? Getting? Why would anyone login to someones elses account, and spin 4000 to 0.95? just for fun? no one hates me, i have no enemies. I live with my cooworkers and no one of them knew i won the money. And also, they are much older than i am, and most of them dont even know how to use computer (since risk manager anabelle told me that there is the same ip adress visible to her, and same game played, game i usually play (and i played once only).

    When i asked which game, she couldnt say. And also, when i click on logon session, i can see start and end, and also the balance, but no logon details, and i got message: you didnt play any games in this session. I also asked her to send me some prove that it was the same ip adress, but all she did was rudely telling me that OUR LAST WORDS ARE FINAL. i got no answers to my questions, and no help. I even googled it if may ever happen to anyone, but all i find was that it was strange. And all they say is that they see the problem. But thats not helping me. I want my money. I even went to police, but they told me to contact casino again, because it happens a lot, and it's some kind of their scam? . Also, dan asked me, we have 5 computers here, all of them are our company's property and maybe 5-6 of us uses them. Second, my login details were not remembered. Even if someone used this computer, he couldnt know my details. So there is no way someone played it, but still, there is no money. Third, i work 6-14 one day, and 14-22 other. Today i worked 14-22. When I checked with Dan, there was some game sessions which there are no way i could play, because I was at work that time.. what else is imortant and i didnt tell... im desperate please help... 2000 euros were meant to be spent on my scholarship, and i wanted to go back home and live with my family. And now i got nothing. But, I made all prinstscreens I could. And also, is there possible there was some mistake in their casino software or something? and they cannot tell because is their fault? Also, maybe money is just no more available for reversing, but it's still on it's way to be on my card? Please, answer me back soon, and tell me what do you need and what else you wanna know, im gonna freak out. And I dont get why are they so rude? Its easy to do things like that, "It's your fault . money is gone. Adios" we have no prove, and wont send you no explanations, and maybe it's all their fault. Maybe something happened to someone else too?

    sorry to hear about your troubles.

    BB is part of the Casino Rewards group and they are a reputable casino group. I played with them myself, although a different casino, since 1998 and never had a problem.

    A few things you can check:

    - Transaction history - click on "my account" in the lobby, then on "view my transaction history". Choose the dates in question and see what it shows
    - Playcheck - click again on "my account" in the lobby, then on "view my game history". Choose again the dates in question and see if any games were played

    If both shows nothing, then nobody has played any slots nor did somebody withdraw the money. Hence, it is on the CR group side to show proof that a slot was played.

    Another step is to contact the casino rep who is active here on the forum as The Viking suggested. She might be able to shed some light.

    This sounds pretty strange indeed. Like you have been advised already, contact the rep here first and wait for an answer.

    Did you ever requested a withdrawal of the funds or did you leave them in your Account? Did you play with any bonuses? Are you 100% sure that nobody could access your account from the shared pc?

    Was this the first time you played in an online casino?

    Sofar the story makes no sense and there must be more to it we dont know (yet)

    Hmmm.. combined with that story i have some idea what really happened, hope we get an update here, but sth tells me not.

    Come on Coxwel, get with the programme! The OP has already stated they work 1400 - 2200!! :what:

    Nothing indicates they are using their FIRST POST to try and use Casinomeister and shame this casino into paying whatsoever.

    After all, 4000 Euros is like a year's salary for this person and could make or break their existence.

    Seriously, i read dozens of "complaints" like that and therefor just meant there is something suspicious. You dont think so? I never said that op tried to make the casino paying.

    You have to admit this post is kinda strange, and i think the problem here is not the casino but the player. Just my thoughts... But i can be wrong.

    Ps: if your "existence" depends on a cashout from an online casino, you have a problem imo, and should never have gambled in the first place. Pretty fragile
