played them, First of all i couldnt see where to take the sign up bonus, i tried the support suggestions of cashier but it simply said "new promotions comming soon" so they had to manually add my bonus, the support then added without asking a 15 no deposit bonus, im sure this comes with terms and conditions so i asked for it to be removed, deposited.

Then i get a phone call to verify my DOB/address, first time ive had this in 2 years, and no prior warning to it.

i should have researched more into the slots, i didnt like them, just not my style, but had 1-2 hours playtime atleast before i donked off my deposit on roulette, would give them a 6/10, wont be going back.
 
The one reason i would never consider Sunset Slots is the neverending flood of spam i get from them.I have tried to unsubscribe countless times over the past few months and everytime, despite getting the 'you have been unsubscribed' message,the emails continue to pour in.

Will read this thread trough later. But just will give a little input to it. I signed up there maybe a bit over a year ago. Got the no deposit bonus (25€ or sth. with 150€ max cashout). Met the WR, withdrew and the money was on my skrill account after 4 days (if I remember correctly).
This was shocking to me at the time, as I thought all the rivals are dodgy.

Thank you for your feedback. We always give players a choice whether they want to take up bonuses or not and I am currently addressing the issue with the support agent that just credited the bonus. The verification call is standard and we try and verify your details over the phone as a once off, just so that we have the verification on file when it comes to withdrawing down the line. I am sure you can appreciate how this speeds the process up! This being said we always try to pre-empt the call by initiating a live chat first to see if a call will be in order.

Please pm me with your user account or e-mail address and I will see to it that you receive no further communication. This is quite surprising to us as this is one of the very few complaints that we have had about unsolicited mailing. I am very curious to see the actual mail that you have received so that we can ascertain its source and try to manage the unsubscribe process better. This should not be happening and we apologise for the frustration that it causes.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We have since jacked up our processing even more and I am sure that should you wish to come and play with us again you will be even more pleased with your entire experience – beginning to end.

Can't complain about anything so far, hopefully withdrawal will not take weeks.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the only method that we currently have available for our valued US players is Wire Transfer, which does unfortunately have associated costs. We are currently looking into alternative processing in the US which will provide you with more options in terms of getting your winnings.

I can't say if they'd do that for everyone, but if your account is already fully verified it could be worth you asking their CS...

Does that mean you are paying to webwallets in weekends also?
I need to know since the only Rival I play at have stopped paying out on weekends.

Our Finance team is getting in touch with our processor right now to see if it is feasible for us to process to wallets over weekends. I am awaiting a response on this and will let you know what the outcome is.

I opened an account earlier in the week but did not play because they don't take Master card. I tried to log in last night and play with my Visa and got a message that my account was locked.
e-mailed support and received a response today that I needed to send in my verification documents including any credit cards I may use?? WTF. I always send my documents after my first deposit if I intend to continue to play at a site to help expedite things if I do win and cash out , but i sure am not sending credit card documents to someone before I even make a transaction.
I was on the fence here anyway because of the 20X bonus max cash out, so this just seals the deal for me.

Some feedback. I opened an account recently.

Only bonus available is 150% with 35x D&B playthrough. Max withdrawable is 20x bonus.

I would have to be mad to accept such an offer. There is no way your casino is getting my $$$.
