Just became a member here today, some exceptional advice and tools where real money is concerned! Thank you, especially love the in browser casinomeister 2nd opinion tool. :)

Came across Sugar casino yesturday via an email offer, but can't find anything anywhere really to advise me if they are ... yay great casino generally or great for donating in general, please advise me if any first hand pro or con experiences with them please?

I joined the other week, deposited €125 for the full 100% SUB, which was then eaten in record time. So not a particularly lucky casino for me. But everything else seemed ok, apart from this in the T&C

Player inactivity

If an account is left inactive for 30 days, a 5 €/$/£ per month inactivity fee will be charged to the account for administration purposes. If due to this fee the player’s real money balance is reduced to zero, the account will be closed, but the player can still claim back his or her balance for full 6 (six) months after the account closure. After 6 months the account is closed permanently.
 
Be careful, On the same platform as vegasberry / fenix that have had some bad no pays to players, We have been told they they run separate but still use the same support ect,

Hello casino is the only one I would play at & have done without trouble, & also I think hello is partnered up with next group aswell, They now have a U.K license but see nothing about the other sites,

At SugarCasino we run our own independent operation, using Flavidus license and payment processing services.
We have our own liquidity and speed of processing and daily, weekly, monthly withdrawal limits to our players are based on the amounts we placed as security deposit and float to manage our players under Flavidus security and processing policy.
Our players have average withdrawal time of 12 hours and we have always paid all amount withdrawal in full according to our terms and conditions. We are not linked to other casino operations and therefore can only comment on our operation and procedures.

If you are on the level than surely you should no that Flavidus is as dodgy as they come, The only decent site that came out of this network was hellocasino and they soon jumped ship,

Surley you have read this forum and the rubbish sites that they have under there belt, No one in there right mind would sign up to any site that belongs to MYEG B.V, I not even bothered to check your site and you site could be the best on the market but thats doubtful running under the same umbrella, They canot even get a U.K licence but is no surprise there, & yes I do know that the peoplke that own the fenix and the rest is the owner owner of MYEG B.V so again if you are a genuine site thats looking for players that get a way from them,

Joined up last night, £125 deposited and now have a withdrawal in place for £250 which is still pending.

All looks ok, but for some reason I couldn't play any Quickfire games due to my location? Never had this issue before and unfortunately ruled out some of my favourite games. Thankfully Twin Spin was kind to me last night!!

Received a couple of e-mails earlier - one asking for routine ID which is fine as account only opened last night and secondly, they cannot refund back on to my Visa card due to location. Not a problem, I supplied them my bank details and have now had confirmation that the withdrawal is approved and funds are on their way.

All in all, looks promising. Ok, bummer with the Quickfire games, but they still have a huge selection to choose from and withdrawal method looks like it has to be bank transfer or Skrill if playing from the UK.

Quick turnaround on e-mails so thumbs up for customer services at present and withdrawal process actioned within 12 hours of account being set up, played, ID verified, request submitted, etc.

Would I play there again? Well, looks like it!

True, research does help and should be relied upon if parting with cash, but call me naive, I also try and give benefit of the doubt and to check things for myself. And correct, just noticed for myself that there is no UKGC licence on this site. Perhaps Andrea can confirm if this has been or will be applied for?

I did not mean you not doing research I ment a business, & casino business is not small. If the operator of sugar casino typed in myeg or flavidus (knackerus) they would of seen its a bad operator so it just makes me think why choose that group? Why not the white hat gaming for instance where helocasino jumped to? It boggles my mind why.

If there was an estate agent that had a franchise but all the franchise was ripping people of by chucking them out of a house after a month but paying for 6 months or taking a deposit for a house and saying sorry we sold house to somebody else but not getting money back, Why on earth would any body want to buy into that franchise? Knowing that all the other estate agents have ripped people off?

Withdrawal came through quick, received from Flavidus Ltd for £242.69 which is less than expected as withdrawal request was for £250.20.

Whilst checking my statement, I see that my GBP deposits on the site have also been manipulated as follows:

Deposits of £20.00 were debited from my account as £21.02
Deposit of £50.00 was debited as £52.77
Deposit of £15.00 was debited as £15.75
Deposit of £20.00 was debited as £21.01

So, in summary it seems you get less than your withdrawal amount but your deposits get debited from your account as more, even though my account at the casino site is set up and traded in GBP! There was no currency conversion to consider so these discrepancies are somewhat unexpected and is very worrying that deposits I authorised have since gone through for different amounts. Looks like I am down £15 in these variations, even though amounts concerned are relatively low.

Hmmmm, sorry, but this doesn't look too great in light of this!

I'm with Barclays as well, copy of transactions as follows. No mention of exchange fees and there was no indication of other charges being applied when I made the payment. I have not encountered this before and normally there would be a notice of other charges at point of payment. Thats whats charging you, Voucherseller, I not heard of them and would be alarmed at seeing that on my statement, Only time I have heard of any unforeseen fees is of Australian players which bounced back to a 3rd party, First time I have seen a U.K player been charged these fees, Just goes to show what lenght casino will go to to get deposits, I did say before about I bet its not flavidus what comes up on your statement but it did lol from the withdraw,

Them charges soon add up but what I do not get is that albeit it looks like flavidus done a straight transfer so why charge you on that?
