Ok I have been watching some Casinodaddy streams on YouTube , wouldn’t normally watch a slot stream but seems like they are fairly legit..

The last video I watched they had a 15000 Euro deposit.

So there are 3 guys , and have day jobs .

How can they all play on one account? Is that not against most t&c ‘s ? Also source of wealth is day job and streaming , but how can all 3 of them provide documents when they are playing one account at any casino ?

Can streamers have special terms which excludes them from certan documentation and SOW , such as if they can be included in a casinos promotional budget ?

If you want to start streaming and approach a casino as a group how can you get an individual account ?

If so then doesn’t seem right to me .. can anyone explain further ?

Question is how to level the playing field ?

Low roller normal players are getting shut out with ridiculous privacy requests but high roller internet marketeers can do what they want....

Can any reps here shed some light on how this is ok ?

It's not ok. The way to level it up is to vote with your wallet; for me it's easy, roulette is pretty much the same game anywhere, so I tend to go with the solid UK giants, who apply common sense to an individual case rather than trying to extract as much data as possible from everyone, as some of the lesser lights seem to want to do.

I suppose for slot players, a good choice of slots and big bonuses might be a stronger pull, which maybe the big boys don't offer.

Seeing that these casinos haven't shut down these streamers' accounts, I guess it's kosher when a streamer allows somebody else to make bets in broad daylight. I'm sure if the casinos were to be fined by the UKGC or whomever for such a thing, then you wouldn't see it. Right now, it's much ado about nothing.

When I used to exclusively stream for a certain casino, I did have permission for my wife to play on my account. Not that it would ever happen, as she doesn't do gambling, let alone wants to be in front of a camera!

So I guess that as long as there is prior agreement, this is allowed.

You usually are only allowed one account from an IP address but I know that members here have an account for themselves and one for their partner with the same casino with prior agreement.

Also take into account that some of the bigger streamers are Companies. Not sure how that exactly works in the sense that the account they play with is a Company rather than personal account and if it is the former, their employees are playing.

@interlog

Good point.

In the U.S., there are professional slot machine players and some of them also get special treatment when they show up. One was allowed to film his slot play in a casino that disallows it.

I really think being a professional slot machine player is silly, though. The house always has the edge and winning is all luck. Truth betold, “professional slot machine player” is just a politically correct term for “gambling addict”.

@BrianGhattas In a lot of these cases the house does not have the edge due to the bonus deals these streamers are able to make. It's a distortion of reality.

I think most streamers (if not all) are actually advertisers using gambling as the medium to reach their audience / promote their product. So professional advertiser is probably a more appropriate title.

Personally I never bother watching streamers rare if ever aside from Craigs slot channel and the Bandit. They just usually show the high lights. The rest of them are a pain to watch using the same sentences "oh my god oh my god" over and over. Inflated over reactions at the big wins. Really anal and annoying to watch. And people fall for it, signing up to the casino.

I dont include the likes of Dunover Interlog in the above, I will watch then both ) Especially @dunover when he looses his mind on a bad run ;-) poor cat and at the moment poor workmen lol

Streamers get better deals for bonuses normally . Some get a 100 percent match whenever they want as indeed this is advertising for that casino.

With casinodaddy i believe normally one of them will deposit via their personal account but any of the 4 of them actually play and they split the deposits and withdrawals 4 ways. The casinos must know that any of them could be clicking the play button at any time. Maybe one of the reps could chime in.

Of course many people at home will allow their partner or a friend to click the button or your friend might say here's 100 use it for a deposit I will take a share of any winnings. Difference is that's all invisible and unknown. Streamers do it publicly. Should it be allowed .... well it happens .

Well every streamer that gets paid to play (those getting bonuses on every deposit) should be considered an employee of said casino. In the long run they don't risk a single penny as they will make a profit by playing as the bonuses they get have quite a high EV. And that is on top of affiliate commissions.

An unethical and extremely misleading way to market your casino, which is nothing new to this industry.

Streamers, certainly the larger ones, are affiliates of the casinos that they play at. It could be possible that the more popular YouTube streamers are allowed to sign up under their own referral tags, to soften the blow when they go on a losing streak. I don't honestly know.

I personally don't really get the appeal of watching other people play slots, as I'd rather be playing them myself. That said, congrats to the guys that have made a good stab at making a business of it.

However, certainly for those based in the UK, it will be interesting to see how long casinos will allow it. For example I can't see bet365 being okay with one of their affiliates playing at their casino, thus promoting them on YouTube.

@BrianGhattas To be clear I am not saying they are employees. They are, in my opinion, affiliates / advertisers and streaming slots is how they advertise their products
i.e. affiliation.

I don't begrudge them their success either. They saw the opportunity and took it. Good for them.

@slotter999

I noticed the CasinoDaddy people had 2,000+ viewers. How many people genuinely want to watch them play slots and how many of them are just kissing their butts in hopes of getting a handout i.e. bonus funds? These people have to give out “candy” so to speak to get viewers.

@BrianGhattas the online casino business model was built on giving away freebies. Streamers are just following a well proven business model. Giving away free stuff works and gets the viewers. I don't think that's the only reason casinodaddy get so many viewers though. They are streaming maybe 12hrs a day so have a lot of presence. If you like watching gambling streams - where else will you get that?
