Hi,guys,I am an affiliate of starluck casino.At June 11,there is a real money player registered under my track URL,so my June commssion is $75(CPA),I can log into my affiliate account and check my stats by the URL:Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) ,and actually my June Commssion is surely $75.At July 2,I didn't received the funds in IGLOBALMEDIA which is the partner of starluck casino,so I sent email to [email protected] to ask when will I received it.It replied my that I should received it by the end of first week in July.But I didn't received it in time.So I sent email to [email protected] again at July 9.The content is :Dear Sir:
I haven't received my payment yet,my id is WM24929.Pls help me.
Your SINCERELY.
This time it replied:please note your affiliate login id is soccer365 and your cashier login id is WM24537.
Acctually WM24537 is link to my partypoker affiliate account.But they give me the ID:WM24929 1 year ago to link to my starluck and planetluck affiliate account.I am not multi-account holder.They know it.
So I replied:pls note,I am also an affiliate of starluckcasino
and planetluckcasino,in this
case,you gave me the login ID:WM24929,and my starluckcasino affiliation
generated $75 in june,and this money has not been credited into my iglobalmedia
account,would you pls help me?
After 3 days,I got a reply:
Dear Alison,

Kindly look into the issue. The Affiliate is claiming to have got $75 but nothing is showing up.

Beneficiary Name* : sha shuo feng
I am wondering,is the replyer an idiot or not,I told him my login id is WM24929,
he still sent this email to his colleague to reslove my problem.
Then I didn't get any reply from them until July 21,I sent an email to query my payment,it repied:
Dear Ding,

Thank you for contacting the PartyPartners Affiliate Support Team.

We are currently investigating into this query. We would reply once the investigation is complete.
At July 27,I sent another email to ask how about my payment,
I got replied at July 28:
Dear Ding,

Thank you for contacting the PartyPartners Affiliate Support Team.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating into this query. We would reply once the investigation is complete.
I am so angry,he replied the same content,so I replied him why should the investigate take so long time.At July 29,I got replied:
Dear Ding,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We request you to kindly bear with us. We would respond to you once we receive a resolution.
This is the last email I got from them yet.
I am very angry about it,fuck starluck!

Actually,I start sent email also to [email protected] from July 19,alexiaa is a women,last year,she resloved a payment problem for me,so I think she can help me this time,but after I received 4 reply from her(the last one is July 27),she didn't reply me until now.She mentioned that their accounting team are transferring funds to my account,she told me just waiting.It is August 2,I haven't received it yet,should online transferring should take so long time?
