Uptown Aces casino doesn't want to pay out winnings. Some time ago I registered at this casino and used the no deposit bonus. Important note that when I registered on the casino website, I read the casino rules and there were no restrictions in the casino rules for my country.

After fulfilling the conditions of the bonus, I sent the documents to verify my account. The casino replied to me that the documents were accepted and I put the winnings on withdrawal. And then the following happens. A couple of days later, a letter comes from the casino with a request to send another document for verification.

After one or two days I went to the e-mail to send the second documents and was shocked. I saw a letter stating that my winnings were canceled and the reason given that my country is on the list of prohibited countries to receive bonuses.

I re-read the rules again and my country really somehow magically ended up on the list. But please note that when I registered, my country was not on this list. I do not want to say anything bad about this casino, but in my opinion, such actions of the casino indicate that the casino is just making up reasons not to pay me honestly winning money. I ask for your advice and help in this situation.

If we're talking November 12, 2020 (I don't think the casino existed much prior to that) then according to archive.org the Czech Republic was included on the list dated September 29, 2020.

First, I would like to ask what kind of site is this archive.org? Some strange site. Secondly, if residents of my country are really forbidden to play in a casino, then why did the casino activate no deposit code without any problems? The casino shouldn't have activated it. And thirdly, the casino delayed pay my winnings for a very long time, and then for some reason referred to an incomprehensible country ban. Doesn't all this seem strange to you?
