SportingBet rep inactive and not responding

    Recently had an issue with sportingbet, it was not sorted out appropriately by normal cs so I turned to the rep here as they are accredited.

    Sadly the rep has not logged in for months http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/member.php?u=36786

    I did send a PM anyway over a week ago but this did not prompt them to come here and look, so I would say they are falling well below what is required of them. I will report this post so casinomeister/max can see it.

    Unfortunately I didn't notice this earlier. The casino rep's email address has been bouncing, so it looks like someone is asleep at the wheel.

    If they can't bother to keep someone checking the forum at least once a week, then why should I bother with them?

    I'm losing faith in Sportingbet.

    Within the last few weeks I've had three bonuses not honoured. When I queried these they delayed by saying they need to refer it to a 'bonus team' (in the past they would fix any errors straight away).

    On the most recent occasion they failed to credit a £300 bonus citing a clause which did not even appear in the bonus T&Cs.

    Their rep is still inactive on here so I'm not holding out much hope in getting this resolved.
