Hi guys
so I have been SoW at nearly every casino and because I’m self employed I am never able to supply them the info they want so have stopped trying now….
if I get asked I just say no and go elsewhere
so just been asked for sow at bet365 which is one of my long standing accounts and I did try but they have asked for things I can’t or won’t supply.
I’ve got into a bit of an argument with them over this, as they are saying I cannot prove my level of play is affordable or sustainable…. To which if that’s the case I have questioned why they have taken so long to raise this.
I have searched everywhere to see if there is an actual hard limit set by Uk Gc or similar where casinos need to get extra info on players… as I’ve spent an awful lot with them over the years and if I can’t afford it, then having taken so long for them to tell me this maybe they should take some responsibility for their lack of action.
I am actually tempted to try and take this further as this seems a very double standards approach and as I say we are not talking about a small amount of money !!
but hard to find what the actual guidelines/laws are….. if they are operating within guidelines then fine but I suspect there is something not right here and it’s not as though they haven’t breached aml and due diligence many times before.
