What happens if you dont complete SoW?

Our next assesment is coming in 3 weeks, last assesment was 6 months ago!

They’ve done so much damage to the enjoyability of gambling in the UK. It has been death by 1000 cuts to the industry. The removal of auto play has probably riled me the most, utterly brain dead move.

The thing that worries me is that we’re heading in the direction of a total ban on gambling, or at least a situation where only the well off are allowed to gamble. Gambling can be traced back to around 3000BC yet these commissions seem intent on destroying it within a decade.

Casinos have to shoulder some of the blame too as they’re rolling over and being completely complicit in the demise.

Agree, and you can almost see it now…the commissions walking away from the wreckage with their hands above their heads saying ‘well we tried our best’.

It’s all so predictable, that’s the frustrating thing. Any half decent consultant would tell them the same.

These threads are read not only by players - but by people who might actually be able to make a change or that have decision making power. How do you think the UKGC or Maltese administrators will react when reading this? And don't think they don't.

And that shameful display is not only turn off - it clearly violates our rules and standards here.

There is no sarcasm intended in this reply but do you seriously believe that the UKGC read these threads? And do you honestly believe that they factor aspects of what they read into their decision making?

And no the UKGC couldn’t care less what is written on this forum, they know full well about SOWs coming at point of withdrawal and of the delay tactics and have done for a long time, all of which are against their own regs.

I don't believe they do - I know they do. Same with folks at the MGA and other jurisdictions. Decision making for them, like any political entity is complex and dire with the usual political posturing and bureaucracy So whether or not they factor these conversations in their thought process is not for me to say. But besides - it's the rest of the crowd as well. Casino operators, software developers, marketers - many of whom are here daily.

till now all I see casinos are hitting most of low stake players or new account holders ,and most of casinos they start removing 10cent bets, do they keep safe their hight stake players so they can milk their pocket for abet longer?

One rep had inappropriate words to say about you, this does not a conspiracy make. FWIW there are endless examples on these forums of people "questioning the industry" and it's all there for people to see. Do try to base your accusations on facts and not your own personal moral outrage.

And, as dunover rightly pointed out the OT stuff just got moved into the Attic which, as the subtitle of that forum says -- "An off-topic section where you can post off-topic stuff" -- seems the appropriate place for what was, after all, an off-topic poo-slinging derailment of the original thread.
