You cant play what you want because the bonus gets added straight away. So when you go to a banned game it wont let you play....

When you go into say danger h v, it says straight away you cant play the game when having a bonus.

But if the cash and bonus is still seperate, then you should be able to play what you want when you havent touched the bonus money.

You can play the games fine as long as you aren't in the bonus funds. Say for example, my balance is $50 + $25 of bonus funds, if I load up Danger, it will only show $50 as the bankroll and not $75.

Edit: Literally, just days ago, I played on SlotsMillion and I went to Amatic games and they all gave the same message that I can't play it with bonus funds and it is correct. All I see is my own funds showing and not the bonus funds so it does work. Maybe with some providers, it doesn't work like that so you can't play the game at all...

That really drives me insane at other places to. Cant remember where, but have seen the odd game once slipped in the wrong place on an alphabetically displayed list before. But not being alphabetical with such a long list can drive people like me to read a list 4 times to ensure they arent breaking any rule. An absolute headache everytime returning if taking a bonus.
I suppose at least SM doesnt allow you to play a game when using bonus funds though so one couldnt fall foul but just possibly find out the dissapointing way they wont be able to play it after the deposit has been made.

Hell, i still sometimes read over thrills or superlennys excluded list of games multiple times in a row before taking a bonus, which isnt exactly a huge list.. simply due to being worried that ive lowered concentration half way through for one tiny second and could possibly not have noticed a ceartin game hasnt been added since the previous visit.

When you grow and gain popularity, you introduce things that are attractive to continue to grow. example: videoslots.

The actions taken by these guys actually do the opposite and scream to me they are struggling. If thats not the case, well then you have an absolutely awful marketing officer and questionable management to ever approve this stuff.

So in short. You have no reward system, ridiculous high wager on your bonuses, lowered your %, bonus ban people, restrict peoples favorite games, increased cashout fees since switching to the new banking system.

The only thing that is missing from the casino right now is a banner that says "trust me, you dont want to play here".

The only good thing about this casino now is the selection of games and the fact that they support Ecopayz as a cashout method. What I dislike about it is:

1) The don't process payouts on the weekends
2) They have killed the "deposit bonuses" to trash and the wager requirement could be much lower!
3) A super huge list of "BONUS BANNED"games which is way over the top and could be easier to read as well!
4) No real loyalty program

The "lag" issues that I used to have goes away only if I use "CHROME" as a web browser since Mozilla Firefox seems to struggle for whatever reason. Yep, I have to echo the thoughts here too. This site looked like it was going to become the BEST, by a long-shot. Big, regular bonuses, very fast cashouts, great game selection etc - but the last few weeks, it seems to have just gone south, and I find myself playing elsewhere now. I like that they have Ecopayz and that we can play BTG and NYX games, but those small good things are nothing compared to the main issues of no loyalty program and killing off the deposit bonuses ( 25% is pretty much 0% IMO ) that brought people to the site in the first place.

I will miss playing on the site as there is now little reason for me to play here unless they can get their act together and make it better. One small step forward and many steps backwards along with tripping. :/

Nope they are delaying things on purpose. I had a response from their team and they told me they spoke to finance and my cashout will be due for process tomorrow. So looks like their new payout time frame is 72+ hours. Why? when funds are instantly locked would they delay this? its not in hopes of a reverse cause thats impossible. Financial problems is the only real conclusion here.

I think whats most pathetic is they have 4 very active reps here and once this started being posted about all 4 of them suddenly disappear.

I find my play is much more enjoyable without any restrictions to my funds, and I do not disagree with your comments, it really boils down to management, there are lots of places to play at, sadly most are poorly managed.

The 'new rules' won't have changed anything for SlotMillion bonuses. Likewise for all the other sites, such as Betat, LeoVegs etc. who have the same bonus structure.
It's the casinos who tied deposits into wagering who had to change
