I locked my account for a month becuase of the lag...it's just completely unbearable to wait 30 seconds on every single game for a spin to complete.

I literally mean every game was/is laggy. If it's still the same when my account reopens in 6 days...I'll just not bother returning until it's sorted. In my opinion a reputable and accredited casino should not have these issues at all.

- the stupid exclusions on their bonus
- the high wagering
- the lack of any loyalty scheme
- the responsiveness of the site
- the lag on their games
- no weekend cash outs

It’s clear, though far from poor, they aren’t that great a site. The lock withdrawal adds a plus point but even that doesn’t makeup for the above
