Partially agree with hoff there, It was not just about the slow spins and games crash & wager, (yes there is alot of high wager sites & recently had no end of errors) Its about trust and alow I have not had much dealings with them, Hense why I said lets see what others think,

From my experience they have not done there self credit, You would of thought games would of been fixed, They did not inform players till after the fact about playthrew, No terms was changed on site when needed to be,

Again in all fairness it will not be fair for me to say no or yes, It cannot be easy especially with all the new rules and regs, It does look like they have tried some what & you can always kick them out if mess around

Yeah i'm not saying they can't improve on some stuff, but if we go through the list of accredited casinos there are some casinos i had worse experiences (and other members as well) than on Slotsmagic, and if they're still allowed to stay, there's no reason for not letting Slotsmagic through!

i think we shouldn't mix up things here.....

- Do not let them through because they have slow spinning games?? Then some casinos need to loose their accredited status right now!!
- Do not let them through because of high wagering terms?? Again, some casinos would need to loose then their accreditation.

I think accreditation if i understand it right is more about the reliability of the casinos and the trustworthy. And here i can only say good things about the casino.

Krystal always responded to my questions within a few hours. I had 3 or 4 cashouts since they're on BFF and i received ALL cashouts within the stated timeframe. "In 24 hours after midnight tomorrow"

I also had once or twice problems with catching are bonus and both times the CS immediately checked it and sorted it out.

Of course the cashout times could be better, and some games may have some performance problems, but if we really start to not give a casino accreditation because of time, then the only fair thing would be if Bryan goes through the accredited list and throws out some other casinos as well...

I think everyone should be judged the same way.

I had a good experience there and have absolutely no worries that they will continue to pay me timely and that the rep is always there if you need her.

Unfortunatelly not everyone shares your opinion.
Slotsmagic is what it is,not my place to play.
Can't even come close to many accredited casino's here in terms of CS,payout times.
Also slow spinning slots still have not been resolved,after so many months and they still spin slow or won't load at all.

Thank God more and more casino's offer a broad range of WMS slots these days,so no need for me to play here and wait 30 seconds for a spin to complete.

I'm not arguing about that there are better accredited casinos. But i'm saying if Slitsmagic is not good enough to be accredited then we need to question a few accredited casinos as well! Example: Slots Capital: They used to be fantastic, in recent history there were a lot of really slow withdrawal cases etc. and Slots Capital is not the only one.

So that's what i'm saying... Either way every casino is threated the same or not. SlotsMagic has withdrawal timeftames and they always paid with me within that frame. Other accredited casinos have paid me 1-2 out of 4 times not within the stated frame. Just as an example.

If they pay not fast and if they have not a great performance, this is not good, but that shouldn't stop them for getting accredited or some accredited casinos need to lose their status so that its still fair. Thats al im saying!

Personaly I feel I know computers good enough to know whether it is a local or remote issue, and I usually end up feeling a bit insulted when a CS-rep who usually have noe clue about computers at all sends me the standard BS-phrase of deleting cookies and so on.

And especially the WMS-issues has gone on for so long now it is starting to look like a comedy. As you say, unexpected issues can and do occur, but then they should be fixed in a reasonable timeframe. To me it seems like WMS pretty much doesen't give a shit about us online players. And when the casinos that have their games don't seem to care very much either, then I don't think they should be accredited here.

I've had heavy lag issues now and then on all sites I've played them on. This has been from 2-3 different connections and computers aswell.

My time is done with skillonnet.

I was playing roman chariots building up a large x multiplier on bonus wheel 2 and 3 typical 20-30x ish.

The errors started coming. Games reloads many many many times! Suddenly ALL IS RESET! Without any red horn...

All is just blank..

This plus all the errors and insane lagging does it for me.

Good bonuses, good people, good CS , TERRIBLE SOFTWARE! dangerous!

This was 1,5 euro, has it been 4-5 euro I could have easily crushed my computer.
Hard to come up with something more frustrating than being cheAted out of a big bonus round.

ive been playing on there quite a while, mainly because they have a good selection of wms slots, at certain times of the day they run ok, fine in fact, at others its like watching paint dry, whilst the other games from different providers also seem to suffer in those periods they aren't to the extent of all the wms slot, if you play ruby slippers in lag mode you think glinda!! is coming every spin

when the slowness of the wms slots actually dictates what i end up playing then it isn't good, realistically its the wms slots in particular i went to play and maybe medusa/medusa2 which compared to other casinos dont run as smooth.
