you left out the text at the top of the image you posted
it reads ( as you can see in the image below )....

Check below for fees charged for each withdrawal method as well as the timeframe you can expect to wait to receive your funds after our accounts department has processed it.

We do have a 24 hr period before payments are processed and sent but PM me your username anyway and I will see what stage yours is at.

I suggest you change your terms there or start paying by them :) the way i read it you payout to Neteller the same day
been waiting since Sunday morning with a small withdrawal.
im verified and have withdrawn before so.

Yeah it is what it is....

I have to say i had a very good experience so far... Of course IF you can live with the payout times and IF you can live with the weird Bonus rules regarding E-Wallets...

I got always paid within 24-72 hours. If we BLAME them for those payout times we have to blame a lot of other accredited! Casinos like the Slotocash Group which has slow payments for a long time there... 72 hours there and call yourself lucky.

then timeframe should state 24-48 house and not "Same Day" as that is very misleading no matter what.

You don't seem to be care very much about your games working properly? Why don't you put up a warning for players to see or something? I mean, claiming that your slots are great as they work now is nothing more than a big lie.

Yeah or comment answer back on my post about they should correct and state what the time fram for withdrawal really is  oh well does make me wanna deposit and play again.

The text says nothing about them sitting on it for 24 hours, so one would assume efficiency, and that "same day" meant just that.

What other job could you receive an urgent instruction, and say "i'll be on it in 24 hours", and still be in a job the following week.

Once I read "strange bonus rules for eWallets" - I'm off, that's another way of driving away your players. Ladbrokes did the same years ago, and haven't seen a deposit off me since.

I was entertaining the idea of trying some new venues (licence permitting) because the new UK regulations have driven away the majority of my current venues. I am not registering anywhere until I can confirm they have a UK licence, so if Slotsmagic was thinking of getting one, they have failed at the second hurdle as I would have spotted the eWallet oddity and backed off.

Given that Slotsmagic formed from the UK exclusive Jackpot Party, they must have inherited a significant proportion of their current player base from the UK, so I would expect a UK licence to be in the pipeline.

Just to clarify , the sentences above the table set out exactly what our withdrawal procedure is

I don't like the pending period as well, but if you can live with that you will always get paid on time. And the rep (Krystal) is very active at CM!

Insane Session at Slotsmagic :)

Just had an awesome Skill-on-Net/NextGen Session at Slotsmagic and requested a withdrawal of 2200 EUR :)

Usually i deposit 101+ EUR and get a 50% Bonus (that allows me to make bets up to 5 EUR, and as most games possible bets jump directly from 2.5 - 5 EUR, thats what i do most of the time there if i feel lucky)

Today i wanted to catch another 50% but realized that this bonus was capped at 35 EUR = Not allowed to make 5 EUR bets. After a short chat i got offered a "50%" bonus and i received 60 EUR as a bonus. So all good so far.

And then my best Skill-on-Net Session started... First Slot Medua 2 gave me 8 wild symbols over 4 grouped reels during freespin and then i just continued triggering bonus rounds everywhere :) Here some examples:

That could be part of the problem. The pending period can vary all the way up to 47.999 hours depending on when a request was made. Players in different timezones also have to think in your timezone. An extreme example is that a withdrawal made at 11:55pm will be pending for 24 hours and 5 minutes, and paid in 2 days, but a withdrawal made 10 minutes later will get paid a whole day later as the pending period would be 47 hours and 55 minutes. This is in stark contrast to the "same day" perception surrounding an eWallet withdrawal.

Apart from a player's first withdrawal, there is no good reason why, in the 21st century, there is ANY delay whatsoever in the process, it's all done over the internet, which is known for it's "instant gratification" and 24/7/365 availability.

There are some casinos that can achieve in 5 minutes what yours takes between 2 to 3 days to achieve. These are the casinos that have embraced the 21st Century, the rest are still hanging on to the 20th Century way of doing things.

Even the BANKS have finally embraced the 21st Century, and they are notorious for dragging their feet when it comes to change.

Ok, Slotsmagic has been in the BBF section for some time now. Either it's yea or nay. What say you (@ the membership).

Due to there crazy wager rules even with a 10% deposit, Still need to fix a few terms as above, I would say its not 1 for me, I stoped playing there after the stupid wager rules ect so maybe not for me to say, But hopefully people that do play will let us no if worth it

Same reasons, no, unfortunately. Love skill on net WL's in past, but after some time passed, things just become worse.

Big No from me. The site is plagued with disconnections. They doubled their wagering requirement without contacting anyone to say that they were doing this, I feel most reputable casinos would do this? In honestly I have never forgiven them the way they lied saying they had taken over Jackpot Party and that the staff were still the same. It's a shame really they had such potential and a great product, but they pissed just about everyone off with tech problems.

This has also got to be a big no from me.
I self excluded (or tried to) due to wanting to take a break after having a bad run, and no they couldn't accept it.
Email the very following day asking me why and trying to tempt me back with bonuses offers etc - that is not the act of a responsible casino looking to adhere to responsible gaming principles

I self excluded myself no problem at all.

You can just do it in your account, no need fot contact with support at all.

For me, even if I haven't played there for a month, Slots Magic is a great casino. Had some nice wins, fast withdrawals, never any bonus problems. Unlike some RTG casinos.

Green Light from me! - Unfair judgement!

Hey there,

i think we shouldn't mix up things here.....

- Do not let them through because they have slow spinning games?? Then some casinos need to loose their accredited status right now!!
- Do not let them through because of high wagering terms?? Again, some casinos would need to loose then their accreditation.

I think accreditation if i understand it right is more about the reliability of the casinos and the trustworthy. And here i can only say good things about the casino.

Krystal always responded to my questions within a few hours. I had 3 or 4 cashouts since they're on BFF and i received ALL cashouts within the stated timeframe. "In 24 hours after midnight tomorrow"

I also had once or twice problems with catching are bonus and both times the CS immediately checked it and sorted it out.

Of course the cashout times could be better, and some games may have some performance problems, but if we really start to not give a casino accreditation because of time, then the only fair thing would be if Bryan goes through the accredited list and throws out some other casinos as well...

I think everyone should be judged the same way.

I had a good experience there and have absolutely no worries that they will continue to pay me timely and that the rep is always there if you need her.

Cheers

That was the issue, i self excluded through the normal account procedure without any contact with support yet still got emails trying to entice me back

Partially agree with hoff there, It was not just about the slow spins and games crash & wager, (yes there is alot of high wager sites & recently had no end of errors) Its about trust and alow I have not had much dealings with them, Hense why I said lets see what others think,

From my experience they have not done there self credit, You would of thought games would of been fixed, They did not inform players till after the fact about playthrew, No terms was changed on site when needed to be,

Again in all fairness it will not be fair for me to say no or yes, It cannot be easy especially with all the new rules and regs, It does look like they have tried some what & you can always kick them out if mess around :)
