After playing at SlotLand and blowing a meager $50 I have one bit of Advice - Dont waste your money!!!! Alot of your "Wins" dont pay at all. I watched many times as I would get a winning pull and recieve nothing at all. The Payoff to Bet ratio is horrible as well and the Machines just suck to play. They have no sound,they look like some 10 yr old computer geek designed the program and its a bore. If you do get suckerd in you"ll never get your Money back...So dont waste your time or money on these crooks!!!

Slotland has the best customer service reps in the industry. They respond quickly, and intelligently, to questions or problems.

Why didn't you contact a CSR before posting about them? You mention you didn't like the graphics, and that there is no sound. What does sound have to do with how fair the games are?

Slotland pays quickly, treats players well, and overall are one of the better casinos around.

If you didn't care for the games or graphics, why not just play somewhere else, instead of bad mouthing them?

Be more specific about how you didn't get credited for a "winning pull". Maybe you didn't understand the game you were playing. Most of their games offer some options on betting or total playlines. What game was it?

I played myself just to prove this point.

The games do pay although I did encounter long streaks of nothing LOL.

The support is also outstanding. Everything was handled in a timely and friendly manner and my cashout was paid just as they said it would be, on Tuesday, into my account.

Which game were you playing, and which "win" didn't pay out. I have been a member of this casino for quite some time, and in my opinion it's one of the best no-download casinos out there. I think that if you'll ask most oldtimers about how they feel about Slotland, you'll get pretty much the same answers and comments that Spear and Mrracetrack have given.

I did resist for ages, though - so you can be sure I was surprised when I was actually enjoying myself... even if it was crude and I was on a dialup... gotta give them credit for creating some unusual games!

I have been a long time member of Slotland since March 28 2001 and have played there at least once every month since that date. The software can be streaky but I have learned if I don't hit a win in the first five spins to come back in a few hours to try my luck again or switch machines. Slotland happens to actually be the ONLY casino I have a net win at and actually trust to pay me my winnings. My withdrawals have always been placed in my account exactly when they say they are going to process it and never a day late.

I have found Heavy Metal to be my favorite slot there since I am able to calculate my betting amount by the history of the previous spins. On occasion I have had the option of holding the reels for a guaranteed win and then bet the max for the best outcome.

This is just my opinion but once you get the hang of the games you will probably find them to be one of your favorite casinos.

I have to agree with Sparky, Slotland CS is the best around and along with Heavy Metal, I have found Treasure Box to be and excellent game to play ....the winning ...if you are winning can't be beat!! If no games are hitting for you simply log out and come back later......

Sorry Bryan! had to laugh when I read your response to my last post. Seriously though... if anyone here has ever had a good hit at Slotland I,d like to hear about it. It,s the only casino that I have never gotten a good hit at ever. The customer support is super. They really need to get some new software. 4 OAK about 5 times
5 OAK on Wild Heart
A $230 hit on Heavy Metal

The "bottom line" with Slotland is pretty much
"Feast or Famine"

I have had 28 consecutive losing spins on Treasure Box.

I won a $985 bonus deposit from GoneGambling for Slotland, and wound up losing all of it.

The playthrough requirements were 5X (almost $5000) I had about $230 remaining when I met the WR.

So I "could" have cashed in at that point, but I didn't... :uhoh:

Also, Slotland is NOT a place to play with $20 - $25 in your account, as it can "go" really quick.

But it is a well run establishment, great customer service, and you WILL get paid "if" you win.

The requirements to be eligible to win any of the 4 jackpots, is that you need to have deposited at least $100 into your Slotland account within the past 30 days. I had done that, and was lucky enough to hit the "Mega" jackpot for $985. :yes:

Just as a sidenote, the money was in my account in less than 10 minutes from the time I hit the jackpot.

Slotland casino is great as far as CS and payment and in this day and age a casino that pays qualifies as a decent one. Sort of pathetic, but true. There games are definitely slow paced and a lack of variety is definitely a letdown, but they do offer a 20% bonus on most special occasions with super low WR. All in all, badmouthing Slotland is an absurd thing to do, yes thier games sorta suck, but theres no accounting for tastes, keep in mind though you never, ever hear a complaint about them other than there games. Thats saying a mouthful in todays online casino market. Appreciate them cause theyre one of the few good casinos left!!!

I wasn't a big fan of slotland because I really don't understand (read) the payout rule, Or just being lazy to study it.

However, they DO have a great service and I like the SpaceJack. I didn't win or lose there after 3 times play. But after reading your posts. My hand start to feel..... Maybe I should give another try and READ the game paytable this time.
