Sorry, but there's not enough information in your post for anyone to answer that question.

This group have a reputation of always paying their genuine players, in accordance with the withdrawal policy stated on their website.
However, like any other casino, they do have to do security checks to ensure the player is not committing any sort of fraud, have multiple accounts or have breached any T&Cs at all.
If you haven't done any of those things then I would say you have nothing to worry about. Give them a couple of days, and if nothing is moving post again here (or PM me) and I will ask my contact to look into this for you.

Providing all is legitimate with your account, you'll get paid eventually.

Why you'd want to play at a clipjoint that would take $,000's in deposits and pay you winnings $500 at a time I don't know.
