Hi all

I won a decent sum yesterday (not life changing but a decent holiday and some debts paid off). I had a full verified account but they said these withdrawals were checked manually and not to worry. Now I have received this email, and no time scale -
We are writing to confirm that we have received your withdrawal request for ...
However, your request has been placed on a temporary hold while the amount is verified by the game supplier.
Once the verification process is complete, you will be informed.

Does anyone know how long this generally takes? I've never heard anything so ridiculous. It wasn't a jackpot it was an accumulated win

Yeah none of the wins were over 1k, but I upped stake and won a few times then withdrew before I blew it. Just not sure how long they are going to take? They told me this morning it would be processed today, so I did a bit shopping and extra birthday pressies, now I'm worried I won't get it for ages 😆😆

It's party casino, I had a 700 withdrawal yesterday in my bank in 2 hours. This is 11k total, they said it would be in my account within 2 working days this morning, now this has happened...

Haha I haven't broke the bank or skinted myself don't worry. But in all fairness I was told 2 days and there was no issue at first

I’m sure it will be fine if on a licensed site, but why do people always insist on spending “winnings” that hasn’t hit their bank yet?

Am I the only one that waits till it’s in my account before I spend any windfall or winnings?

Yeah, as Reels says, I wouldn't worry too much, least not yet......

Nope you're not mate. Not that I know what "Winnings" are anymore, however on those ultra rare days when they do come, sure I make plans for the win (always treat myself / family from a win rather than spunk it all back) but I 100% wait until the cash is in my HAND lol before I do anything.

Would never think "well, I'll spend my rent or council tax as I have that money coming" or even something less important until the dosh is firmly physical, always been this way.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

If you are in the UK, you at least won't be able to reverse the pending withdrawals and spunk them back.
