Ok here my story I had been placing bets with one the the top high streets casino bookies on Friday I hit a 1875 at 8 euro stake gaining 15000 euro I withdraw 14800 on Friday and have not got a cent in my bank yet ,I have been on to live chat everday since and to day Monday about 8 hours ago I got this,

We are writing to confirm that we have received your withdrawal request for .

However, your request has been placed on a temporary hold while the amount is verified by the game supplier.

Once the verification process is complete, you will be informed.

This is driving me made checking emails chasing up ,are my being messed about ,I'd like your opinion,
Thanks

In Blue Peter style, here's one I wrote earlier... BetMGM UK, how long does verification take? - Casinomeister Forum

Your withdrawal is significantly larger than any automated withdrawal processes - so it'll be reviewed during office hours (which is normally Monday to Friday).

As they have referred it to the game supplier (provider) then there will be an additional delay. This isn't necessarily a suggestion that something is wrong, but they want to make sure the win is legit before they pay it out (risk management).

I can't put a time frame on that as it'll depend on the provider - some respond in hours, others can be as slow as a couple of weeks. Patience is key here...

Thanks, will do all account put a freeze, week of work ,very happy, yes 4 days was pretty quick ,Patience in future, only thing from the whole experience being and betting in Ireland the reverse option was there the whole time,I ask from it to be removed but they said cause I'm in Ireland there's not ,never mind in the past now ,thanks again

Oh yea, that's certainly a worry.

The UKGC doesn't get much love around these parts - but banning reversals was one of the best things they did. Annoyingly, they haven't put as much focus on excessive document requests (which would have been the other worry here - as you may have seen from other recent threads where people are being asked for their life story for a £100 deposit and £1000 withdrawal), and a number of unscrupulous operators are using that as a faux-reversal (because you can't withdraw; but you can deposit, play and lose).

Yes to be honest I ain't going to lie it was a pain trying not to click the button and really done my head in that when asked to remove it they said they caint as there was no option there side ,awh I know a few side I didn't use for too long wanted to see prof of income and a lot for a few 100s ,UKGC made a really good choice to ban it ,like the amount of times I got a withdraw for a grand or so and click the button and blew it all
