    Hey guys,

I've heard about Slot Jungle slots which has a bad reputation in the internet online casinos. I've read reviews that it takes many weeks and even months
before they process a withdrawal. Therefore, I will like to make a test run on their withdrawal process.

    Scenario:

    I've deposited only $25, get a 194% Bonus , means a total of $73.50
Successfully completed my wagering and end up with $354.50 ( Not bad for a $25 deposit )
Withdrawn $306.00 , balance is the bonus which is non withdrawable.
Today is May 23rd 2012. Entered the Live Chat and here's the chatscript:

    Giovanni: congratulations for your winnings!
    ryzer84: yay!!
ryzer84: How long do i need to wait for the process? Heard in the online buzz that slotjungle takes months to process
Giovanni: it takes up to 4 business days
ryzer84: You sure it's that fast?
    Giovanni: yes :)
ryzer84: If it really is, I will condemn those who said it takes weeks or even months to process!
    Giovanni: nooooo
    Giovanni: only 4 business days
    Giovanni: it means
    Giovanni: today is Wednesday
Giovanni: Tuesday will be already processed for sure
    Giovanni: :)

    -------------------------------------------------

So there you go. Let's start the test! I will update you once I've received any news from them. :)

They will PROCESS it in 4 days perhaps, but you'll wait up to a week after that.

Some affiliates will tell you that's perfectly acceptable and they're super

Its entirely possible that this particular w/d could take 4 business days especially given the size of the cashout. Larger subsequent w/ds are likely to meet a different fate. Surely no -one should be condemned even if this w/d is processed within 4 days. I t isnt and wont be the norm. Besides, if I remember correctly they pay a low max per week.

Is this casino part of the WinPalace group? When I think of them, I think of WinPalace for some reason...

If such a small winnings and they take more than 2 weeks to process, then it's definitely known that they will take much longer to process bigger cashouts.
We'll see how it goes. Today is BUSINESS DAY 2. =)

If they takes 4 business days to process, it will take another 3 working days for the funds to reach my bank since it's an international wire transfer.
If that's the case, then it's fine. But if they take another 2 weeks to reach my bank, then it's something wrong here. =)
We'll see how it goes =)

Yes, that's correct. Their group comprises 3 RTG casinos & 1 Rival:
    Win Palace
    Slots Jungle
    Casino Titan
    Golden Cherry (Rival)

Some people do complain about slow cash-outs with this group - but it is clearly stated in the T&Cs.
    This is from Win Palace:

My advice to all players at ALL casinos is (as always); Read all the T&Cs before you sign-up - if you don't like something - don't play there.

It's interesting to note that Slots Jungle's T&Cs do actually say withdrawals are processed within 4 business days which is considerably less than the 5-10 business days at Win Palace.
Seems a bit odd to me, which is why I am particularly interested to see how long it does actually take for the OP to get paid.

KasinoKing, I've once talked to their representative, Daniel if I'm not wrong.
He said that Slot Jungle Casino processes much faster than the other two casinos.
I do not know why but it could that the finance department is using Slot Jungle Casino as their main operations.

I like to play in SlotJungle Casino because their bonuses are huge! 194% and above. The wagering is 30x which I feel it's just fine for the high bonuses they given.
    Completing the wagering is possible.

Let's see how it goes. =)

Now be fair - that warning only says that the reps from those casinos can't help players via CasinoMeister's forum.
That's because the reps were banned from CM.
You can hardly expect them to cooperate with Max / CM after being booted out of the forum.
The Win Palace rep (Daniel) always has and still is available to assist any players having any issue with his group.

I 100% Agree BUT This group has a less than sterling record wherever you go. The fact that they refused to entertain any PAB's means that complaints ARE coming through, irrelevant of whether they would hear them or not.

Their restrictions on players are far from fair, whether or not it is stated in their T&C's.

There are far more reputable Casinos to play at and I think it is important that other members here are aware.

    Edited to Add:

They have been rogued on other sites for:

*Payment Stall Tactics, Non-Pay, Non Response To Player Emails and Complaints. Broken Payment Promises, etc. etc.

*Giving Out Confidential Player Email Addresses and Sharing Confidential Player Details From Their Internal Player Database With A Third Party, Namely One of Their Affiliates, In Order To Solicit Emails To Their players.

The information is quoted from a respected Website - I'll be glad to PM the address to anyone if you require further info.

Have you tried playing in their casino?

However, it's sad to say that you might be right. Players won't want to waste minutes of their lives to lodge complaints in forum.
They must be something bad that the casino did until the player had no choice but to complain in forums.

However, we can't say it until we experienced it ourselves. To me, I'm one of the veteran players in Topgame and I can say they are crap! (oops :p)
Promised me but never paid me more than $20,000 and can just close down and run away. What a joke! My life ruined just because of them.

Slot jungle on the other hand, might have issues with late processing of the withdrawals, that's why I'm doing this test to see whether it is true! :)

All you need to do is check their history. If it is tainted, why WASTE your money 'Testing'? They could pay you today and when you have a larger WD later, make you cry for months.....

Not worth it bud... Just saying.

Nate, I don't believe he's "testing" anything. He just saw a big bonus and took it. Winpalace group prey on players hungry for bonuses and figure they don't care if it takes weeks to get paid.

If he REALLY wanted to test the process, he would have waited until he was paid before going public. It's likely that an affiliate has contacted them and referred them to this thread to get the payment expedited for good PR......IMO its unethical to promote these casinos given their disgraceful payment terms and delays, and try and excuse it by providing some weak caveat about their terms being poor so "if you don't like it then don't play". You could say similar about V1rtual, and promoting w1npalace isn't that far removed IMO.

The OP has already been shafted by another group about which many warnings were issued. Why he's taking another chance with another dodgy lot I do not know. Some people never learn.

One thing that bugs me about this group is that although it says winnings will be paid in $3000 installments, there's that 'based on player class' which puts most players at $500 installments. The 'player class' seems rather arbitrary and up to the discretion of casino management.

Personally if I'm going to be stuck waiting on payments from a casino, I would like it to be from a more reliable and trustworthy source.

    Bad Prediction, Nifty :p

Dear Nifty.. You're so bad... I've always thought you are the most wise person in casinomeister, guess this time you are 200% wrong. :(
The reason why I wanted to start this thread is when the chat support mentioned "it will be processed in 4 days" in a confident manner. That's why I asked her "are you sure?"
Therefore in order for me to remember what she said is true, i started this thread to remind me that the chat operator clearly and confirmed me regarding the 4 days process.

I have not being paid more than $10,000s with other casinos, shutting down and run away. This is just $300. Nothing to be proud of and no motive is intended.
Don't worry, I'm pretty sure Slot Jungle will delay its payment. Therefore, this thread can be a proof to most people's doubts regarding slot jungle casino.

Don't be too sure... IF they are a rogue casino like most of them says, they won't even bother to read this thread. A waste of their time :p

You are likely to be wrong. Rogue casinos monitor forums very closely and paying $300 is a trivial amount to avoid bad publicity. Even accredited casinos get flared up and fire off an email to you when you post something that's detrimental to them. Heck! They are riled even if you make a comment on facebook.
