Can anyone explain the withdrawal process from PlayOJO.
As it stands I'm coming up to 24 hours "pending" it has never taken this long before, usually within 2 hours.
I've never had this issue before?
I contacted support and the "bot" acknowledged that it's "taken longer than usual"
However, the "human" was no help whatsoever! They didn't give any indication as to how much longer the process will take.
Having looked at other posts on here I have followed adviced and private messaged @EGO twice, but not had a response from them at all.
What is the process and why is it sometimes done within an hour or so, but other times people are just left waiting with no answers?
